Hearing this, Su Yan nodded thoughtfully. In fact, according to his original plan, if the skill he had just used could have successfully escaped the predicament, he would have turned and left without hesitation. But at this moment, driven by a strong curiosity and desire to explore the true nature of this mysterious forest, he finally made up his mind to continue to explore deeper. So, Su Yan took a deep breath, walked forward steadily, and gradually disappeared into the depths of the dense jungle.
"Awoo—" Accompanied by a series of terrifying roars, ferocious beasts rushed over like a tide. However, to the powerful Su Yan, these beasts were nothing more than clowns who overestimated their own abilities.
The beasts, baring their fangs and claws, pounced on Su Yan. Their fierce attacks seemed as slow and powerless as slow motion to his eyes. When their claws and fangs touched Su Yan's body, he felt no pain at all. This level of attack was even milder than a mosquito bite, barely a tickle.
Facing this group of reckless creatures, Su Yan casually swung the gleaming Ten Directions Sword in his hand. Instantly, sword light flashed, and sword energy crisscrossed, enveloping the beasts like an impenetrable net. The next moment, only screams could be heard, and blood splattered everywhere. The beasts, once so aggressive, were easily harvested by Su Yan, falling in a pool of blood.
Before long, a clearing appeared ahead, where the beasts had once swarmed. A closer look revealed a vast, imposing arena hidden within. Legend has it that this arena is guarded by extremely powerful guardians: Aura and Mare.
It's said that despite being a woman, Aura's attire was distinct from that of ordinary girls. She wore a white suit and trousers, looking dashing and dashing, like a graceful young man. Even more remarkable was her unusually two-toned eyes: one azure as the sea, the other a burning flame, emitting a mysterious and captivating light.
On the other hand, Ma Lei, despite being a boy, prefers to dress like a delicate and adorable girl. He wears a refreshing and charming JK short skirt, paired with snow-white over-the-knee stockings and a pair of small orange boots. He looks incredibly adorable, making you want to get close to him.
Su Yan took firm steps, striding forward without hesitation. Just then, a ghostly figure appeared without warning and began to shuttle back and forth at an astonishing speed. The figure streaked across the night sky like lightning, so fast that it was almost impossible to discern its true form. Only a vague shadow could be seen flickering and moving in the air, as if leaving behind an illusory phantom.
In an instant, a whip gleamed with cold light, like a venomous snake spitting its tongue, lashing out at him with lightning speed. The whip whistled sharply as it sliced through the air, carrying a terrifyingly powerful attack force as it mercilessly smashed down on Su Yan's exposed skin.
A crisp, resounding "snap" echoed throughout the room, and Su Yan received a solid blow. Yet, surprisingly, his face showed no trace of pain or fear, as if the ferocious lash he had just received was nothing more than a gentle breeze. Facing such a powerful attack, Su Yan appeared incredibly calm and composed, unfazed.
Aura, hiding in the shadows, awaiting her opportunity, was stunned. She had initially assumed her sudden attack would succeed, but she had never imagined this seemingly ordinary man could withstand the blow and remain unharmed. This unexpected outcome filled Aura with a wave of frustration.
At that moment, Su Yan slowly raised his head, his eyes meeting Aura's. Their gazes met in mid-air, sparks of lightning flashing. Then, Su Yan's lips curled up slightly, revealing a faint smile. He then shouted provocatively at Aura, "Come on! Show us what you've got!"
After hearing Su Yan's provocative words, Aura's anger instantly ignited. With a delicate cry, she swung the whip in her hand again, like a nimble dragon, sweeping towards Su Yan's body at an even faster and more ferocious speed...
Yet, Su Yan stood firm, unmoved, like a mountain. Facing Aura's fierce attacks, he appeared unfazed, as if they were a gentle breeze, incapable of causing any substantial harm. Shalltear, observing this, casually scratched her ear, a playful smile playing on her lips. "Aura! Come on! What's the point of all this effort? Just stop now," she said nonchalantly, as if she had already foreseen the outcome.
Then, Shalltear turned to Aura and continued teasingly, "Don't waste all this hard work. Speaking of which, where's your brother? Why hasn't he shown up? Try calling him out." Shortly after she finished speaking, a figure slowly emerged from the inner room. It was a cute boy, with a slightly frail frame that gave off an air of needing protection. He wore snow-white gloves. While seemingly ordinary, they were said to be world-class, rare items, imbued with immense power.
"This guy, don't be fooled by the fact that he always likes to dress himself up like a girl, delicate and charming." Shalltear curled her lips and introduced with a hint of disdain in her tone, "But in fact, he is a cruel and ruthless devil who kills people without blinking an eye! And his strength should not be underestimated! But... he is only slightly inferior to me." After saying this, Shalltear did not forget to raise her head proudly.
