Su Yan raised his head slightly, a hint of contempt and disdain in his eyes, as if Dionysus before him was just an insignificant ant. For the powerful and arrogant Su Yan, this guy really couldn't attract his attention at all.
However, Dionysus was acutely aware of Su Yan's cold, disdainful gaze. A raging rage suddenly ignited within him, his once handsome face twisting in fury. He gnashed his teeth and roared, "You fool! How dare you look down on me like this? You're courting death!" Before he could finish his words, Dionysus lunged at Su Yan like a mad beast.
Instantly, a surge of incredibly violent energy erupted from Dionysus, sweeping across the surroundings like a surging ocean wave. Wherever this energy passed, the air was ripped into countless fragments, emitting bursts of sharp, piercing whistles. Simultaneously, as if drawn by some mysterious force, the surrounding air began to surge wildly, forming visible vortexes of air.
Yet, amidst the surging, raging energy, Su Yan stood as steady as an indestructible mountain, unaffected by it in the slightest. Facing such a violent onslaught of energy, he didn't even frown, let alone hesitate or flinch.
His deep, piercing eyes, like two cold rays of light, shot straight at Dionysus, who was standing not far away. He looked a little surprised, as if he was very puzzled by the strength displayed by Dionysus.
"Is that all you've got?" Su Yan's voice was as calm as a still lake, but the contempt within was palpable. He then added, "How on earth did a weakling like you manage to survive to this point?"
After hearing Su Yan's merciless words, Dionysus was so angry that his face turned blue and his whole body trembled. He stared at Su Yan with his eyes wide open, his eyes burning with rage, and he wanted to tear Su Yan into pieces immediately.
Dionysus's massive body shifted rapidly in mid-air, like a phantom, surging towards Su Yan at an alarming speed! Su Yan stared up at the approaching powerful force, the Ten Directions Sword gripped in his hand instantly emitting a dazzling light.
With a wave of his arm, Su Yan unleashed a fierce sword energy, surging towards Dionysus like a raging wave. The terrifying energy contained in that sword energy was terrifying, as if it could tear through the void and sever mountains and rivers.
Instantly, the sword energy and Dionysus collided fiercely, emitting a deafening roar. Immediately afterwards, Dionysus was completely engulfed by the powerful sword energy, and his figure instantly disappeared.
However, a mere second later, the once-aggressive Dionysus seemed to have suffered a devastating disaster. His body was swiftly shattered into countless tiny fragments by the raging sword energy. These fragments drifted away like dust, eventually completely dissipating into the surrounding air, leaving not even a trace.
"Hey!" A chilling, cold laugh suddenly echoed, as if emanating from the depths of hell. Su Yan, lost in thought, suddenly raised his head and saw a dark figure slowly emerge. It seemed as if it had emerged from an endless, dark abyss, carrying with it a suffocating, oppressive feeling.
Only after the shadow fully emerged did Su Yan see that the person coming was Hades, the supreme ruler of the underworld. Although he belonged to the third generation of gods, for various reasons, Hades had always been excluded from the inner circle. Now, seeing the other gods in trouble, Hades keenly sensed an opportunity and rushed towards Su Yan without hesitation.
"What are you doing?" Su Yan stared coldly at Hades who suddenly appeared in front of him and asked in a bad tone.
Facing Su Yan's questioning full of vigilance and hostility, Hades raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a cunning and malicious smile: "How about considering cooperating with me? As long as we join forces, those guys will definitely not be our opponents." As he said, he deliberately nodded in the direction of the gods who were engaged in a fierce battle in the distance.
However, Su Yan didn't even look at the olive branch thrown by Hades, and sneered mercilessly: "Just you? Are you worthy of discussing cooperation with me?" Before he finished speaking, Su Yan swung the sword in his hand, and with a flash of cold light, he instantly chopped off Hades' head.
Su Yan believed that his own strength was sufficient to handle the current situation, and there was no need to cooperate. Furthermore, cooperating with someone as treacherous as Hades was like inviting a wolf into the house, who could bite him back at any moment. Therefore, Su Yan flatly rejected this so-called cooperation proposal without a second thought, decisively giving the other party a warning.
Hades' eyes widened, his face filled with disbelief. He had never imagined that he would die so easily. Not long ago, he had approached the other party with sincerity, hoping to resolve their conflict. However, he had never expected that the other party would not only not appreciate his kindness, but even attack him without hesitation.
Hades tried to resist, but it was too late. He felt a powerful, mysterious force rapidly eroding his body, a force that seemed to come from the abyss, carrying with it an aura of endless destruction. In the blink of an eye, his body began to melt away, like a block of ice melting under the blazing sun. Simultaneously, his soul, unable to escape the engulfing power, was devoured by it, howling in agony as it was completely annihilated.
