Chapter 314: Asan God

Su Yan took a deep breath, calmed himself, and gripped the Ten Directions Sword tightly. As he swung his arm, piercing sword energy whistled out, like lightning streaking through the night sky. These terrifying sword energies spread in all directions at an astonishing speed, tearing the air apart wherever they passed, emitting a sharp, piercing sound.

In an instant, a terrifying force, as devastating as the eruption of a volcano, erupted. The demons, who had been so aggressive and eager to encircle and devour Su Yan, were shattered to pieces by this overwhelming force before they could even react. For a moment, flesh flew everywhere, and a bloody mist filled the air. The scene was extremely bloody and tragic.

At that moment, Bone King slowly approached from the side. His steps were steady and powerful, as if each one carried boundless strength and wisdom. He smiled and said, "After a tremendous battle and effort, we have finally managed to temporarily control the power of the Ancient God!"

Hearing this, Su Yan couldn't help but feel a little surprised. He frowned and asked in confusion, "As far as I know, there isn't just one Ancient God. Legend has it there are four! How could it end so easily?"

Bone King shook his head slightly and explained, "So far, these are the only gods that have appeared before us. As for the other ancient gods who have not yet revived..." He paused for a moment and continued, "They are still dormant for the time being, and they should not be aware of our actions in the short term, so naturally they will not be able to find us!"

After hearing Bone King's words, Su Yan nodded thoughtfully. He then raised his head, took a deep look ahead, and decisively gave the order, "If that's the case, let's evacuate this place immediately! To avoid any further complications."

At this moment, Bone King turned to look at Su Yan and said generously: "You are free to use all the resources I have. And my subordinates, as long as you need them, they will fully cooperate with any instructions you give them!"

Upon hearing this, Su Yan gratefully thanked Bone King. However, as his eyes stumbled over Albedo, a thought struck him, and he said, "Speaking of employing people, hey, there's someone we might be able to put to good use!"

Bone King slowly turned and walked away, his voice pensive. As he walked, he said softly, "Well... I'll come talk to you tomorrow." Su Yan nodded slightly, indicating his understanding. He then turned his gaze to Albedo, who was standing nearby, and said, "Then please lead me to a place to rest." Albedo nodded in response, then without hesitation, stepped forward to lead the way, guiding Su Yan in a certain direction.

Shalltear, who had been standing nearby, silently observing all this, couldn't help but frown, a flicker of jealousy flickering across her beautiful face. Clearly, she felt quite dissatisfied and displeased with Albedo's obedient compliance with Su Yan's instructions, even personally leading him to find a place to rest.

However, Su Yan paid little attention to this. After successfully persuading Albedo to obey his orders, he stopped paying attention to the reactions of those around him and walked directly to the window, quietly gazing out. His expression was grave, as if he were contemplating his next move. In reality, Su Yan's primary purpose for appearing here and taking these actions was to exact revenge on the enemy who had hurt him. As for how to achieve this goal, he still needed to carefully plan and formulate his strategy.

Not long after, Su Yan finally met the mysterious and powerful Bone King. Since beings like them didn't need sleep to recover their energy, they could get together and have a good chat whenever they had a free moment, day or night.

"What do you think? Are you willing to face the power of the gods with me?" Su Yan looked at the Bone King with burning eyes and spoke earnestly.

Bone King smiled slightly upon hearing this and said slowly, "Helping you? Actually, it's just helping myself."

Su Yan gazed at the imposing Bone King before him, pondering inwardly, knowing that he must have a hidden past. However, he didn't ask too many questions, as some things might not be within his purview.

At this moment, Bone King cast his gaze into the distance, his eyes revealing a hint of determination. Seeing this, Su Yan nodded slightly, expressing his understanding. Then, he said firmly, "I am willing to embark on this path of revenge!"

"Very good! In that case, let's start with the relatively simple ones outside the door!" The Bone King waved his hand and led Su Yan to quickly leave the dark and deep underground palace.

Su Yan felt as if he were swept by a gust of wind. In the blink of an eye, the familiar scene before him vanished, replaced by a completely unfamiliar landscape. The sky was gloomy, as if a torrential downpour would fall at any moment. A thin layer of fog permeated the surroundings, severely limiting his vision.

"Do you want to know which group of people shouted the loudest at the beginning?" Bone King suddenly asked, his voice sounding particularly abrupt in this silent environment.

Chen Mo, standing nearby, shook his head slightly, indicating he didn't know. He knew very little about the previous Goblin God, knowing only that he ultimately met a tragic end, betrayed by the gods. Clearly, this once-mighty being had become a taboo, and the myriad secrets and conspiracies hidden within were perhaps best understood by those who experienced it firsthand.
