An Ge had already witnessed the imagination of the ancients, and calmly pointed to a display board, saying, "You can take a look at the check-in guide first, and ask me if you have any questions."

Shen Qinghe retorted, "The shop manager wouldn't be so petty. And Grandma, you should address the shop manager." She just felt that such a cool and aloof shop manager wouldn't get angry over such trivial matters.

Shen Qinghe sighed as she thought of An Ge's fair face, wondering if the shop manager had any way to make her less dark-skinned.

Thinking about this, she couldn't help but feel depressed. She had been dark-skinned since childhood and had been ridiculed a lot, which led to the broken-up of her betrothal. Although many people had proposed marriage to her since her brother passed the imperial examination, she knew that they were all after her brother and still talked about her behind her back.

It's pathetic, but while others go to temples to pray for marriage or peace, she only prayed to become fairer, so at least she wouldn't attract strange looks anymore. She had just passed by that magical mirror and didn't dare to look closely.
