The 111th weakness?
Zhou Jiu threw the man to the ground with an over-the-shoulder throw, breaking his arm, and pressed the copper coin against the man's throat.
A laser gun fired from the side of the starship toward her, piercing the man's neck. Zhou Jiu's copper coin flew from her hand and swiftly struck the gunman's hand.
Zhou Jiu released his grip on the person in front of him, and the man slid to the ground. Zhou Jiu's pupils contracted slightly; these space pirates were even killing their own people without hesitation.
The coin was dodged by the other party and returned to Zhou Jiu's hand. Zhou Jiu looked at the woman in front of him, whose face was filled with a strong murderous aura, and saw countless lives taken from her.
"Red Moon."
"Good eye! No wonder you're the most popular Xuan Master on the StarNet." Chi Yue clapped her hands, turned around, and walked back.
Zhou Jiu narrowed her eyes. This was someone who had great confidence in his own abilities, and he turned his back to her.
"Come with me."
Zhou Jiu glanced down at the dead man before slowly following Chi Yue.
"You actually feel sorry for the life of a space pirate, Zhou Jiu. You really are not what I thought." Chi Yue said with a hint of sneer.
"...I'm just a little surprised that you guys are so ruthless towards your own people."
"Useless people shouldn't live."
Zhou Jiu glanced at Chi Yue in front of him, pondering what kind of person Chi Yue was.
Zhou Jiu followed Chi Yue to the lounge, and she couldn't understand why Chi Yue didn't have any guard against her at all.
"You don't need to be wary of me, Zhou Jiu. We are not enemies. I asked you to come here to find someone."
Zhou Jiu looked down at the wine brought to him by the little robot.
"Find the person, and I'll let you go. Or die in this cosmic expanse."
"I'm giving you a fair choice: choose one of two."
Zhou Jiu chuckled, "Does the commander think this is a fair choice?"
Chi Yue sipped her wine, her eyes half-closed in enjoyment, as she reclined on the deck chair, looking quite relaxed.
"Please get me a new drink, thank you," Zhou Jiu said to the little robot next to him.
"I don't have any drinks here, give her a glass of water."
Only then did the little robot start moving.
Zhou Jiu held the copper coin, and Chi Yue's gaze focused on it. "Is this your divination tool?"
Zhou Jiu looked up at Chi Yue with a puzzled expression. "Does the leader know any other Xuan Masters?"
“There are many mystical masters in the world, but you are the most foolish one,” Chi Yue commented after taking a sip of her drink.
Zhou Jiu pursed her lips, leaned back on the sofa, her body still in a tense, prepared state, just in case. The divination she had performed for herself indicated that she would only need to wait for the right opportunity to achieve her wish; she couldn't calculate the specific details. Her life was her own, and Zhou Jiu didn't want to lose it here.
"The leader can find other Xuan Masters; why make things difficult for me?"
"You're so stupid that I even found out about you." Chi Yue smirked and wrote his birth date and time on a piece of wine. "This is the person."
"Don't try to fool me. I know you found Gela Baird and even broke into the location of the StarNet avatar in the Federation's central prison. That alone tells me of your strength. So, now, give me an address."
Zhou Jiu looked at the person in front of him with their birth date and then at Chi Yue, "I don't know the commander's birth date."
"The only thing I can give you is this person's birth date. Don't get your hopes up too high."
Zhou Jiu blinked. Chi Yue's reaction told her that Chi Yue must know other Xuan Masters, and Zhou Jiu became slightly curious.
"I'll give you one hour to calculate his exact location."
Zhou Jiu looked at the birth date and time in front of him, moved his little finger, and began to perform divination. The copper coin changed from one to three, and a hexagram began to appear.
After Zhou Jiu performed the divination three times, she stopped and frowned as she looked at Chi Yue. "Is the commander testing us?"
Chi Yue clearly knew a little about divination, and a smile appeared on his lips. "Ha, I have no interest in doing anything that's neither here nor there."
That's it? They brought her all this way just to treat her as a dead person? What about the "waiting for the right opportunity" part of her divination? Zhou Jiu was slightly puzzled.
"Lock her back up." Chi Yue tapped the table and pointed the gun at Zhou Jiu. "If you behave yourself and don't make any moves, I can guarantee the safety of the people around you."
Zhou Jiu raised an eyebrow. She had never intended to cause trouble for Crimson Moon on the pirate ship. She wasn't stupid. She hesitated slightly and asked, "The people around me?"
Who was it again? Come to think of it carefully, I've never heard of anyone in real life who uses their friends as a threat.
"Chu Zhao".
Zhou Jiu didn't ask for details, just said "oh" and followed the person.
"Boss, could this person be secretly sending messages to the Federation while she's on the ship? Should we take care of her?"
"No need for now. A Xuan Master isn't so easy to kill. If they really have murderous intent, they can calculate their own death calamity, and we'll pay the price."
"But my boyfriend feels like she doesn't really care; she hasn't asked us at all."
"Don't worry about it. She's not the same kind of person as us. People who care about human life will have a sense of morality no matter who that person is."
"Boss, more interstellar mercenaries are coming from behind us."
"Something terrible has happened..."
Zhou Jiu was completely unaware of what was about to happen to the Crimson Moon Star Thieves. She sat in the small room that had been assigned to her and began to divine for Chu Zhao.
After divining for a while, Zhou Jiu put down the coins in frustration. He couldn't figure it out. It was so annoying.
"Ajiu, don't do it anymore. You just calculated the Xuan Master's birth chart, and it even caused some backlash," Qiqi comforted Zhou Jiu.
Zhou Jiu pinched the bridge of his nose. "I never expected that person's birth chart to be so inauspicious, directly disrupting my destiny."
"I'm just a little worried about Chu Zhao. The divination I just did showed signs of a near-death experience, but then again, I couldn't predict anything specific. It's so strange..."
"Ajiu, what's wrong?"
"I feel that I am having great difficulty in divination and casting hexagrams now. Every time I use mystical arts, I feel my mental energy fluctuating greatly, which is not normal."
Things should have been going better and better. She felt great on that deserted island and thought she had reached a state of harmony with nature. But now, whenever she does divination or draws a talisman, she feels her blood rushing to her head. However, she can't find any other experienced people to discuss her situation with.
"Ajiu, are you too upset? You are indeed very powerful now, no less than Zhou Qian back then."
"Qiqi, you don't need to comfort me. My dad has already reached the pinnacle. Forget it, it's good enough that he can cultivate mystical arts. Being too greedy is not good either." Zhou Jiu held Qiqi's hand, hugged her in his arms, and comforted himself.
"I don't believe it, A-Jiu, that's not what you really think."
Zhou Jiu smiled helplessly.
After spending about a month on the Red Moon Pirates' starship, Zhou Jiu gradually calmed his chaotic mental fluctuations. But on this day, the starship began to shake violently.
Zhou Jiu looked out the window, waiting for the right moment.
