Guan Yongquan was furious. He had tried to speak up for Yun Xinyan out of kindness, but Yun Xinyan had silenced him.
His face was ashen, and his beautiful eyes were bloodshot as he glared at Lan Xi.
"Did you hear that! I've been in the business for so long, I could be your teacher. You don't even have basic respect. I don't know how your father raised you, you piece of trash from the Emei family!"
"You old woman, how dare you talk to me like that!" Guan Yongquan angrily rushed forward to punch Lan Xi, but Yun Xinyan slowly reached out and stopped him. She raised her eyebrows slightly and said in a calm voice, "Do you want to make headlines tomorrow for beating up a senior? If so, I won't stop you."
Guan Yongquan looked at her calm and composed expression, and his handsome brows furrowed as he asked, "Are you afraid of her?"
Yun Xinyan smiled casually and said, "Guan Yongquan, don't worry about this."
Lan Xi rolled her eyes, a smug smile appearing in them, and said, "Guan Yongquan, you're just being presumptuous. He doesn't appreciate it at all."
Guan Yongquan's eyes were full of confusion, and his brows furrowed as he continued, "Yun Xinyan, are you scared? I don't believe those scandals weren't released by this old woman. I'm here to stand up for you!"
Yun Xinyan smiled gently and said, "I don't need your self-righteous heroism."
Her dark, almond-shaped eyes were both cold and beautiful, and an irresistible power flowed from them as she said, "You are not allowed to interfere in this matter anymore."
Guan Yongquan's face darkened further as he continued, "Fine, you don't need me to get involved? Fine, Yun Xinyan, you're really something. I'll listen to you today and not touch her. Don't let her fall into my hands again next time!"
Yun Xinyan gave a signal, and Li Chang then had Yun Xinyan take him away. When Lan Xi saw Guan Yongquan being taken away, she sat up straight, and a hint of smugness appeared in her eyes. She sneered and said, "They're all good-for-nothings. Putting them together in one team is just like garbage sorting!"
Lan Xi's tone became increasingly sharp and sarcastic.
Yun Xinyan frowned slightly, her gaze returning to Lan Xi. Lan Xi had black hair and wore a long dress, exuding a nonchalant ruthlessness. The atmosphere around them seemed to become tense again because of Lan Xi's words.
A nonchalant smile appeared on Yun Xinyan's lips. She said calmly, "Now, Lanxi, let's settle the score one by one. I don't like playing the hero and saving the damsel in distress; I prefer to tear things apart myself!"
Lan Xi scoffed and her sharp gaze fell on Yun Xinyan, saying, "Tear it apart with your own hands? You think you have the ability?"
Yun Xinyan said in a serious but not humble manner, "I want to have a fair fight with you on the show. You say our team is all about garbage sorting? Let me tell you, the members of our team are all very talented at acting. They just haven't figured out how yet. Once they understand the secret, you and your team will be no match for us."
Lan Xi laughed out loud as if she had heard a joke: "Yun Xinyan, what did you say? Do you dare to say it again? You said that all the members of your team are talented? If they all comprehend it, can they all become powerful actors?"
A nonchalant smile appeared on Yun Xinyan's lips.
