When Yun Lina came to the show, she had already told everyone that Yun Xinyan was her older sister. There aren't many people with the surname Yun in the entertainment industry. Even if she didn't say it, people would still compare the two of them. A dark light flashed in Yun Lina's eyes, like the eyes of a venomous snake. She simply admitted that Yun Xinyan was her sister, but not a young lady of the Yun family. Her status as an illegitimate child was thus confirmed!
She wanted to trample Yun Xinyan under her feet, forever!
"I didn't believe it when I heard it. You two really don't look like sisters. If you hadn't told me this yourself, I would have thought it was a rumor." There seemed to be a hint of sarcasm in the actress's voice.
The actress raised her eyes, a cold smile playing on her lips, and asked, "There's a huge difference between you two. I thought you just shared the same surname. You have millions of fans and are incredibly popular. How can Yun Xinyan compare to you? At most, she has a million haters, hahaha."
Yun Lina looked at the actress with a reproachful expression and said, "Don't talk nonsense, or I'll fall out with you. She's my sister."
"I didn't fabricate those scandals about her. There are pictures and evidence to prove it. There was even video in the news reports when she beat up the director back then. I didn't deliberately fabricate rumors about her. Who can she blame for having so many scandals of her own?"
"Bai Lulu, you're getting too close to Yun Xinyan. This time, the production team only has you and Yun Xinyan doing the live stream, with no guests and no products. Can't you see that? You need to stay away from Yun Xinyan. Or you can ask the production team to let you switch to our group, since we have a lot of popularity. That way, the live stream's popularity will be guaranteed."
The actress's mocking laughter was jarring and made Bai Lulu feel very uncomfortable.
Bai Lulu's face was pale as she said in a low voice, "The production team needs me, so I'll be leaving now." She turned to leave, her face ashen, when Yun Lina suddenly stopped her and asked, "Lulu, is that a bug behind you?"
Upon hearing the word "insect," Bai Lulu screamed in fright. Yun Lina quickly said, "Don't be afraid, I'll help you." She reached out and patted Bai Lulu's back, seemingly unintentionally pulling down her clothes a little to reveal a terrible burn on her back. The wound seemed quite old, but it still left an unsightly scar. Then Yun Lina exclaimed, "That scared me to death!"
She looked at Bai Lulu with a guilty expression, still shaken: "Lulu, don't be angry. We haven't seen each other for so long, I forgot you still have a wound on your back. Does your wound still hurt?"
"That wound doesn't seem to be a regular burn; it looks like a fire burn." Several guests from the program crew saw the scene on this busy street and started discussing it amongst themselves.
Bai Lulu's body trembled violently, and her legs gave way, almost causing her to fall again. She quickly grabbed the wall behind her, but her face was completely drained of color.
Bai Lulu pulled her clothes up and ran back, still shaken.
The crowd exchanged bewildered glances; they had all seen the horrific, large-area burns.
"How could her back have turned out like this..."
"How disgusting! There's not a single piece of good meat in it."
"No wonder she always dresses so conservatively; it turns out it's because her back can't be exposed."
Yun Lina noticed Bai Lulu's still-shaken state and a smug look flashed in her eyes.
