Bai Lulu ran all the way back to her dormitory. Once there, she locked the door and entered the enclosed space. In her mind, she seemed to recall the incident from a few years ago when she was trapped in that dark room. Countless fragmented memories flashed through her mind. Her face turned pale, even her lips were bloodless, her hands and feet were ice-cold, and she was sweating profusely.
The man's sinister smile and cruel, bloodthirsty expression kept flashing through her mind. The scars that had long since scabbed over seemed to ache faintly because of the painful memories.
If Yun Xinyan hadn't arrived in time back then, the consequences would have been unimaginable.
Those memories she wanted to forget seemed to be awakened again. Her face turned pale and she silently grieved. She wrapped herself in the blanket, covered her head with the blanket, and her tears soaked the sheets. Curled up like a wounded kitten, Bai Lulu was like a little girl. Only the girl's sad sobs could be heard in the room.
Gradually, she seemed to fall into a deep sleep, but even in her dreams, she saw that man's cruel and bloodthirsty face. Everything that happened that night became a nightmare for her entire life.

Yun Xinyan returned to the rehearsal room but didn't see Bai Lulu, so she went to Bai Lulu's room and found her asleep. She just sat quietly to the side, turned off the microphone, and played games. Bai Lulu woke up suddenly after sleeping for a while, panting as if she had just escaped from a nightmare.
"What's wrong? Did you have another nightmare?" Yun Xinyan asked with concern, her brows slightly furrowed.
When Bai Lulu saw Yun Xinyan arrive, her face returned to calm and she said lightly, "No, I was sleepy and wanted to take a nap, but I overslept and still have to rehearse."
Yun Xinyan glanced at her face suspiciously; her eyes were red, but it didn't seem to be caused by insomnia. She touched Bai Lulu's head but didn't expose her, only offering silent comfort.
The two returned to the rehearsal room and continued practicing.
On the other side, Guan Yongquan specially bought Yun Xinyan's favorite foods, but he didn't dare to deliver them alone. He could only bring Li Chang along, saying that it was for everyone to eat, but the things he bought were all Yun Xinyan's favorite foods. Li Chang sighed inwardly when he saw Guan Yongquan's cautious and secret crush.
They're so young.
She has such clear and gentle little emotions.
As the two walked towards the practice room with their takeout, they bumped into Lu Shengsheng from Lanxi's team. Lu Shengsheng blushed before she even spoke, but smiled and said, "Brother Yongquan, you're here! Good luck in tomorrow's match!" Her voice was sweet, and her adorable face held a girlish shyness. Guan Yongquan, worried about the takeout getting cold and Yun Xinyan going hungry, simply nodded as a greeting and hurried towards the practice room.
"Hey Quan-ge, slow down! You have long legs, and if you walk so fast, I'll have to run!" Li Chang said with a pained expression as he jogged after him.
“Sister Yan won’t go hungry. Didn’t you buy macarons earlier? She couldn’t possibly be hungry so quickly after eating them,” Li Chang’s voice came from afar.
Lu Shengsheng's expression was rather unpleasant.
Sister Yan?
Could it be Yun Xinyan?
Yun Lina stood by the door and sighed softly, "I really envy my sister. She's dressed in all black and men are bewitched by her. Guan Yongquan was chatting with you before my sister came, but now he doesn't even want to talk to you anymore. Men change so quickly."
Lu Shengsheng already disliked Yun Lina for her constant airs of a young lady. Now, being openly mocked by Yun Lina only fueled her displeasure and made her hate Yun Xinyan even more. It was all because of Yun Xinyan that she had been so humiliated!
