"So what do you want to do?" Fang He turned his gaze to her and asked calmly.
The patient in bed number 4 gritted his teeth, as if making a difficult decision: "I will not go back to the ward after the activity time is over."
"Are you gambling with your life?" Fang He was not surprised by her decision.
"The revised rules only have three points, and there are no mandatory requirements to stay in the ward." Bed 4 had its own guess: "The schedule on the note is obviously only for patients, but don't forget, here, we only have Bed 5 as a real patient."
Fang He didn't stop her: "You can do as you please."
Su Xin looked worried and wanted to say a few more words of advice, but Xiao Cheng stopped her.
The sun disappeared behind the clouds again, and the restless flower branches drove them out of the small garden.
Back at the hospital, Bed 4 went back to her ward alone to make final preparations for her hypothesis. The remaining four gathered in the corridor and briefly exchanged the existing clues.
I still have no clue.
"Can we... really get out?" Su Xin asked softly.
"Don't be so pessimistic, at least we haven't discovered nothing at all," Xiao Cheng comforted her.
The discussion then focused on the tombstones and the baby formula. The four of them came up with seven or eight versions of the story, but none of them seemed plausible.
As their free time was about to end, they separated and prepared to return to their respective wards.
Suddenly, the person in bed number 3 called out to Xiao Cheng.
"What's wrong?" Xiao Cheng turned around and looked at him in confusion.
The person in bed number 3 stood a meter away from her, slowly raised their arm, and made a tapping motion on the glass.
He grinned and mouthed in an exaggerated way, "I'm hungry."
