Chapter 29 Isn't He Afraid?

Yinfeng Mountain used to be a bit shabby, but since the mysterious mountain master entered the mountain, the control has been strengthened. Although Yinfeng Mountain is known as Yinfeng, the environment does look more like a fairy mountain.

These were just thoughts, and Gui Lao did not explain. He noticed that this scholar was a little unusual.

Isn’t he afraid of what was just done?

He concentrated his senses again, but did not notice that the scholar had any cultivation.

Maybe he's just a careless young man?

Gui Lao was a little suspicious and decided to give it a try.

He chuckled and said, "Come with me into the house. My child must be waiting anxiously."

As he walked, he continued to mutter, "Maybe it's because I'm getting old, I've become less and less interested in other things. Only by watching you being tortured and screaming by my children can I feel like I'm still alive."

Upon hearing this, Woodcutter Ba was completely unable to stand up. He ignored the dirt and lay down on his own vomit.

Countless thoughts flashed through his mind, and in the end, the only thing left in his mind was the memory of going out in the morning.

The mother's condition has improved a little after taking medicine in the past few days. She can get out of bed and walk with the help of his wife. The naughty child got dirty, but his wife didn't bother to beat or scold him. She just asked him to go home early with a little concern.

Feeling sad, Woodcutter Ba felt his shoulders sink as if something had fallen on his back.

Looking back, he saw a deformed doll with a big head staring at him with eyes as big as fists.

The woodcutter Ba was frightened and was about to shout when the scholar picked up the baby.

The scholar shook the little ghost in his hand and smiled at the ghost: "Old man, this is your child, right? Look at the wrinkled skin, it is indeed your child, and it is as ugly as you are."

After saying this, the scholar seemed to realize that his words were inappropriate and quickly said, "Old man, I don't dislike your appearance. What I mean is that you and your grandson look quite... unique."

If Gui Lao can't see that there is something wrong with this scholar, he will have lived in vain.

The wrinkles on his face became more and more crowded. "Who are you?"

A powerful aura rose from the scholar's body, which frightened the old ghost. The little ghost in his hand felt it even more clearly, screaming and waving its skinny limbs around.

"My name is Kong Hanan, and I'm a ghost catcher in the underworld."

The scholar introduced himself.

"By the way, old man, do you know the wooden bridge next to Fengming Town?"

The old ghost didn't understand what was going on and was nervously wary of the scholar.

Kong Hanan smiled slightly, revealing eight teeth: "Old man, don't be nervous, I have no ill will towards you, why don't you look back?"

The old ghost was still on guard. How could I fall for a trick played by a three-year-old?

But he found that the woodcutter Ba, who was lying on the ground, was looking behind him in horror, his whole body shaking uncontrollably.

This expression doesn't seem fake. Is there really something behind him?

Old Gui quickly turned around and saw a group of monsters floating silently in a dense crowd.

Each monster seems to have three faces and six eyes.

These countless pairs of eyes stared at him quietly, all with the same expression, indifferent but with a hint of curiosity, as if they were watching a monkey show.

When he looked back, the monsters floated forward an inch silently.

Gui Lao had lived for so many years and had never seen such a scene before. He was so frightened that he screamed: "Ah!!!"

The floating monsters sighed: "Ah~~~~"
