Chapter 46: The Tiger Demon's Surprise

On the top of an unnamed mountain in the Shiwan Mountains, a simple Taoist temple stands in the middle.

A Taoist stood on the top of the mountain, gazing at the sun rising gradually in the sky.

Next to the Taoist priest was a little Taoist boy who was completely covered by his shadow.

In the mountains, the sounds of tigers roaring, monkeys crying, and various birds of prey can be heard everywhere.

Sometimes, there is a surge of vigorous energy and blood, and giant snakes hundreds of feet long rise from the mountains and swoop down on the birds in the sky.

There were also giant statues as huge as mountains walking between the peaks, causing the earth to shake.

Such a scene was enough to make people stunned and shiver all over, but the Taoist boy was completely unaware and turned his head to look at the old Taoist with white hair.

"Master, you've been beating the wooden fish all day. Are you really not going down the mountain for a walk?"

"No."

"Didn't you say someone had mastered the Tianlong Divine Fist? Tianlong has reached the state of being a god, looking down upon the world. If no one guides him, he will probably lose all emotions and become as incorporeal as grass or trees..."

The old Taoist said nothing, but just looked into the distance.

In the Hundred Thousand Mountains, the sounds of various monsters and beasts are endless. No one can stay in this vast territory.

There is only this Taoist temple, an old Taoist priest and a Taoist boy.

"Everyone has their own destiny. Tianlong has been able to master the Divine Fist. He must be one of the Zhang family members scattered across the country. He will naturally practice the Tiger Demon Bone Refining Fist. Dragons and tigers are both in conflict and in harmony. If one can understand this..."

The voice behind the old Taoist priest became lower and lower until it was barely audible.

The Taoist boy, however, was dismissive. He saw the Taoist sitting cross-legged on the top of the mountain. The mountain breeze blew his hair and Taoist robe, making him look even more ethereal and otherworldly.

A huge Tai Chi Bagua diagram was placed under the Taoist priest, spreading out from him and covering the entire small Taoist temple.

The little Taoist boy sneered, shook his head, turned and entered the forest. The roar of a tiger could be heard from the forest, but it soon became silent.

A moment later, the little Taoist boy came out of the mountain dragging a tiger that was over ten feet long, and started a fire to cook.

When the Taoist saw this, he just shook his head slightly.

Zhang Mingtu slowly opened his eyes. The sky was already getting slightly brighter. Unknowingly, he had been practicing all night.

Although he hadn't slept all night, he didn't feel tired at all.

In my mind, the dragon god and the tiger demon who used to be determined to fight to the death, before I knew it, the clouds and mist wrapped around the tiger, and the tiger stood among the rocks.

Surrounded by clouds and mist with a breeze, the tiger seemed to be riding on the clouds and seemed ready to take off into the sky at any time.

Surrounded by clouds and mist, the scattered rocks seem to be standing on the top of a mountain towering into the clouds, with a transcendent atmosphere.

Zhang Mingtu's heart moved. After a night, under the refinement of the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, the wisp of true energy in his body that was born from the fight between the dragon and the tiger seemed to have been completely refined and could no longer be sensed.

But Zhang Mingtu was still a little worried. He was not very familiar with Dragon Fist and Tiger Demon's Tiger Fist, but he was very familiar with the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

This magical skill can be regarded as the first-rate one in the Daxia arsenal, but Zhang Mingtu has been unable to fully digest it even after refining it for a whole night. He has vaguely sensed that something is wrong.

The combination of Dragon Fist and Tiger Demon Bone Refining Fist is indeed quite amazing.

But it was clearly just an entry-level technique originally used to practice marrow cleansing and blood transfusion, so why was it so miraculous?

Zhang Mingtu couldn't figure it out, but he felt that someone else could.

"Zhang Fulin..."

Thinking of the old man who taught him the Tiger Demon Bone Refining Fist, Zhang Mingtu got up from the bed, ate a quick breakfast, and drank two bowls of Eight Treasures Soup and Four Substances Soup.

He took out a bottle of Peiyuan Dan from his arms, took out two pills and put them into his mouth, swallowing them like candy beans.

Only in this way will you feel less hungry in your stomach, and the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva will naturally run and help digestion.

The tiger demon and dragon god in his mind also made tiny movements, causing his intestines and stomach to move and speeding up the circulation of qi and blood.

The spirit of the Bull's Power Fist was eaten away by the Dragon Fist and the Tiger Fist, causing the condition to be worse than before. Zhang Mingtu felt that his gastrointestinal digestion ability was two points weaker than before.

But now he no longer relies on eating wild beasts in the mountains and forests to replenish his energy and blood. With many collected herbs, the burden on his stomach and intestines is not so heavy.

At the same time, after the first marrow cleansing and blood transfusion, he was able to communicate with the energy of heaven and earth.

When practicing the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, one can naturally replenish one's vital energy from heaven and earth without having to rely entirely on food.

If he continues to rely on food to practice, Zhang Mingtu may need to go deep into the Demon Mountain to capture monsters in order to support his practice.

After saying goodbye to his parents, Zhang Mingtu went straight to the martial arts training ground.

Neither Zhang Jishi nor Wang Yulan stopped him from practicing martial arts.

In any era, military force is the foundation of survival, and it will never be a bad thing to practice martial arts.

In addition, they believed that Zhang Mingtu, being young, was not able to adapt to staying in a restaurant, and that he could take the initiative to help them deal with some things, which already made them very satisfied.

Before reaching the martial arts arena, I saw the one-armed old man and his cat.

The one-armed old man was still the same, his fists and feet were limp, like a cat stretching.

But now Zhang Mingtu's eyesight is very different from before, and he can see more clues. The old man just has the murderous intent in his soul and bones.

The daily movements are soft, but they contain murderous intentions. Although the movements seem soft and weak, the muscles and bones of the whole body are vibrating.

There are also tiger and leopard thunder sounds between the chest and abdomen, which is indeed a first-class training method before washing the marrow and changing the blood in the world.

According to Zhang Mingtu's estimation, judging from the strength and realm displayed by the one-armed old man in his boxing practice, his strength is probably at the third level of marrow cleansing and blood transfusion.

If you take one step further, you can be considered a top master in the world.

He will be famous all over the place, and his reputation will be no small one even in the provincial capital.
