When Jianzhen sailed east, he was already a top master. It might be possible to kill Zhan by relying on a shipwreck, but it is really funny that the shipwreck blinded Jianzhen.
If one wants to truly blind Jianzhen's eyes, only the venom of the Yamata-no-Orochi, which has become a demon saint, can do it.
I have seen Jianzhen's remains before, and I saw with my own eyes the marks of his eyes being blinded by poison.
It would be fine if you didn't recognize Yamata no Orochi because you had never seen it before, but after seeing its venom, it would be easy to tell that the damage was caused by Yamata no Orochi.
The Land of the Rising Sun really does say one thing and do another.
After Jianzhen sailed eastward to the Land of the Rising Sun, he saw many horrific scenes through his divine senses, with demons walking everywhere and evil spirits everywhere.
Jianzhen was born into a Buddhist family and could not bear to see such a scene, so he used Buddhist methods to purify it.
There may be people in Buddhism who deceive the world and steal reputation, and people who oppress their fellow villagers and exploit the common people, but there are indeed true masters among them.
I've seen both.
Jianzhen practiced the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and was naturally good at dispelling obsessions and resolving the resentment of others.
But the obsession and resentment of the Land of the Rising Sun have accumulated for hundreds of years, and even Jianzhen was shocked by it.
According to the people in the Land of the Rising Sun, after Jianzhen purified his many obsessions and became a Martial Saint, he felt that there was too much suffering on earth and his obsessions were difficult to eliminate.
However, it is difficult to compete with the entire universe with personal strength, so after much thought, he finally found a completely new method.
Yes, this method is to refine the evil spirits and use the evil spirits to check and balance the evil spirits.
The Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva itself has a very deep control over obsession, and Jianzhen also practiced it in the Land of the Rising Sun for many years.
Combined with the Rising Sun Country's extensive understanding of evil spirits, they developed methods to create and control evil spirits.
Since this place is very prone to the birth of evil spirits, Jianzhen placed a special rune in the bodies of many people. This rune can help people improve their wisdom and remove resentment.
It can make the brain of a normal living person clearer, which is the transfer of positive energy in the body. It can use a lot of positive energy to achieve evil spirits, and still maintain sanity.
Under such circumstances, the justice thoughts, good thoughts and kindness towards Buddhism in the heart of the evil spirit will prevail. After becoming an evil spirit, it will not only possess wisdom, but will also naturally stand on the side of Buddhism.
This gave birth to a true evil spirit with wisdom.
If we look at it from this point of view alone, Jianzhen's merits are immeasurable.
According to many people in the Land of the Rising Sun, Jianzhen passed away in Osu Kannon Temple with endless hope and anticipation for the future.
Later he became a saint in Buddhism and a Bodhisattva worshipped by countless people in the Land of the Rising Sun.
But I should have gotten a different answer.
Judging from what I saw of Jianzhen's remains and his final thoughts.
In the end, Jianzhen obviously knew about the many problems in the Land of the Rising Sun, and was unwilling to pass down the methods related to the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
It was obvious that the people from the Kingdom of the Rising Sun had revealed their true faces, making Jianzhen feel that many people in this world had been plotting against him.
His true inheritance has always been passed down in his body. Only those who also practice the Sutra of the Past Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and have a compassionate heart can obtain his inheritance and receive his warnings.
As for the later variant methods of the Land of the Rising Sun, I know them well without any introduction of the characters of the Land of the Rising Sun.
The original version of the method left by Jianzhen to achieve evil or unique Yin Shen had too high requirements.
There are very few people who can remain conscious and inclined towards justice before their death.
After all, to become an evil spirit, one usually has to carry endless resentment, endless expectations, and extremely strong obsession.
In such a state, people are usually filled with negative emotions, and it is difficult for anyone to maintain positive emotions. Under such circumstances, not many Yin Spirits can be achieved.
The Land of the Rising Sun later carried many Shikigami. During wars, prominent figures, and even those who had some control over some soldiers in the army, were all accompanied by a Shikigami.
From this point of view, the people of the Land of the Rising Sun improved the method of Monk Jianzhen. From this point of view, they still have wisdom.
However, in the view of Monk Jianzhen, this reform must be a wrong reform.
Judging from the evil refining method they learned from their mouths, this improvement in the method is indeed not a positive improvement.
The requirement for the evil achievement is to have endless pain and extremely strong obsession. Negative emotions are also acceptable. At least the characters in the Land of the Rising Sun don't mind.

At the same time, the people of the Land of the Rising Sun do not like people with too high intelligence. They prefer the kind of Yin Gods with simple intelligence but dementia or stupidity, so that they can be controlled more easily.
So they changed some of their methods.
Use pain to drive people crazy and form strong obsessions, and at the same time use that special rune to elevate them and make them aware, greatly increasing the possibility of them becoming evil.
But at the same time, they weakened the runes that could increase wisdom, leaving the evil spirits with only the simplest obsessions, and only remembering to obey the orders of the people in front of them.
