Red Dragon Witch?
The name sounds so fierce!
Um… Sean glanced at the other nobles around him. Almost all of them were in a state of [shock!], [excitement!], and even a little [incredible!].
I really wanted to join the discussion group, but... who exactly is this Red Dragon Witch? A dragon?
Could it be one of those giant dragons I used to read about in novels? With wings of flesh, a body of armor, and the ability to transform into a human?
This is how it is written in the stories, and after combining with others, their abilities can be distributed, which is simply wonderful.
"Ms. Alia, let me ask you, who is this Red Dragon Witch?" Seeing everyone's inexplicable excitement, only Sean himself didn't know who the other party was.
"Baron Weigel probably hasn't heard of her name before."
Not to mention hearing about it, I didn't even know such a person existed.
"Frelia Iguel is one of the few wizards recognized as powerful in the empire. She has helped various regions of the empire solve difficulties many times. I wonder why my father invited her here this time!"
I noticed that Alia was in a state of [Confused!] and [Thinking!].
I guess there are some things this earl hasn't told his children. He really doesn't trust anyone.
Sean felt in his heart that the other party probably had not told anyone about this matter, and now calling someone over temporarily might not just be for a reception.
Looking at the butler who came to deliver the message, he kept scanning everyone...
[Observe carefully!] This state appeared above his head.
When their eyes met again, the other person gave a polite smile.
Could it be that...
This earl set up such a grand formation and invited all the strong men over. Is he planning to find a traitor?
…………………………
All the nobles were arranged to start the meeting in the Earl's house hall under the pretext of preparing to welcome the Red Dragon Witch. Dinner and the time for a walk after dinner were all arranged in this small courtyard, and most of the time they expressed their own ideas.
Prepare a big surprise for the Red Dragon Witch or something.
Sean could hardly participate in these discussions... Firstly, he didn't understand what a grand welcome in this world was like; secondly, he was still thinking that Igunya would come to report the news, but he didn't see her until evening.
Later I learned that in order to welcome the Red Dragon Witch, the Earl's Mansion would not allow anyone to enter, and no one outside could get out of the news, so no one could come in.
This made Sean feel more and more that Earl Hamilton was really going to start investigating by locking everyone up. There were quite a few guards around, but Sean didn't find anyone suspicious from most of them.
Although some nobles expressed doubts, they did not take any further action.
The ones wandering around the yard are the so-called Black Feather Knights. Each of them has more than [6,000] HP, and some even have [7,000~8,000] HP.
They are all Order Level 6 or above...
It is indeed an elite force.
With so many high-level people around, even if Ignia wanted to use magic to convey information to herself, it would probably be difficult...
They could only wait silently in such an environment, waiting for all the nobles to discuss a suitable method before going back to rest.
One night,
Sean had been waiting for a letter from Igunya, but he didn't receive any news from Igunya until the next morning. Sean was worried that something had happened to her!
As a result, he finally met her when he accompanied Alia Hamilton to the top of the mountain west of Koga City.
Koga City is a city built sideways against the mountain. From the first day he arrived in this city, Sean had been looking at this city from afar on the distant mountain road... Koga City is very large, and even in the previous life, it is probably only comparable to a real first-class city.
Perhaps due to productivity, most resources are concentrated in cities, and small towns like ours that are like mountain villages are almost marginal areas.
"Why didn't you come to the Earl's Mansion yesterday?" Sean looked at Igunya.
There was no change in her health and magic, which meant nothing serious happened yesterday.
"I went there... but they didn't let me in. They said you were discussing something, and it seemed to be about welcoming the Red Dragon Witch, so I couldn't go in." His voice was a little louder, which attracted a lot of attention from the people around.
"Shh! Keep your voice down."
"Why are you so cautious? Are you discussing some secret?" Igunya also learned to come in and speak in a low voice.
Sean rolled his eyes and straightened the man's head.
"First, tell me what you found out yesterday?"
"I did find out some information, but it doesn't seem to be what you want... I asked the boatman on the canal, and there really was a cargo ship coming in that night. But it seemed to be daily necessities for ordinary residents, which were directly sent to the market and seemed to sell well. They said they were sold out when I went to buy them the next day." Igunya said.
"What are you talking about... Is this news?"
"How should I know? That's what they told me. They didn't say they saw any other cargo ships coming. And I even asked about the strong smell of sulfur, but they said they didn't smell anything special."
Looking at the other person's serious expression when answering.
It was my mistake. I shouldn't have asked Igunya to go over and inquire about the news. She wasn't like me who could see people's attributes and status, so she couldn't do it even if she was a little bit flexible.
My dear, there is more to this chapter. Please click on the next page to continue reading. It will be even more exciting later!
