Take a day off
You need to take a day off to start a new paper, and get the outline ready so that you can update it smoothly, otherwise problems will easily arise.
It just so happens that I took a day off on the third day of this month, just like every month before.
Only three days of rest in a month is not too much... Besides, I didn't take any rest, I was just working on the outline.
Every time I ask for leave, I am worried about losing grades, being scolded... but there is no good way. If I am in a normal state and have a story in my mind, I will definitely not stop.
If I count the words at the end of the month, this month is definitely the month with the most updates since I started writing. Although I still update twice a day, the increase in word count should be quite significant without any nonsense.
The updates have been a bit intensive these days, and I will definitely not update them once I have sorted out the outline.
