Yufan Jiang was told by a wandering monk that she possessed wisdom and needed to retreat into the empty gate to save herself and her family’s fate, so her family threw her into a temple, forcing her to practice.

Without truly possessing wisdom, Yufan Jiang tried to escape and rewrite her destiny, yet misfortune kept bringing her back to the temple.

Reluctant, she had to follow the temple’s arrangement, pretending to practice and playing the role of the female bodhisattva who could hear heavenly thoughts and grant wishes, as the temple claimed.

Yufan Jiang had to fulfill various wondrous wishes of ordinary people, and fortunately each time she accidentally hit the mark, keeping her days relatively peaceful.

Until one day, a jade‑faced gentleman came to the temple, named her by full name, and requested that she descend to the world to fulfill his heartfelt wish.

If she were to descend, it would surely expose her, especially with so many masterful monks at the temple; Yufan Jiang never expected she would be the one to go down.

She pointed incredulously at herself and said, "Ah, do you mean me?"

How will she get through the days ahead? Who can save the fracturing Yufan Jiang?
