The elven army had only a few thousand people, while the monsters in front of them numbered at least forty to fifty thousand. The attack of their army was simply a drop in the bucket and had no significant effect.
Before the Skeleton Army emerged from the space-time tunnel, the elves around the World Tree had been slaughtered. The remaining elves, led by the elders, urgently set up a formation in the outer area of the forest. All elves over the age of fifty took up arms and went to the battlefield to resist these enemies from the unknown world.
The elves are not numerous to begin with, only a few hundred thousand. Now, in order to resist these monsters, they can only use all their strength to fight back, and at the same time, send away those young elves with promising futures as soon as possible to avoid being wiped out here.
