Chapter Ten: Conflicts Between Sisters

The girl looked at her fingers sullenly.

Her tone finally softened, "Then, then I'll just go live at school..."

Over the years, even though I've been living with my sister, I've actually been like a ghost. If I were to actually live with her, I'd rather stay at school by myself.

Upon hearing this, the person on the other end pondered for a moment, then said, "Whatever you say, we'll move out tomorrow anyway."

After all, I'm just too busy.

Hearing her sister agree, the girl breathed a huge sigh of relief.

"oh......"

After hanging up the phone, the girl walked out looking dejected.

However, back in the living room, he still flashed his signature sunny smile at the three of them, "Sorry, it was my sister on the phone. I hope it didn't bother you. Let's continue."

She didn't want her own issues to make everyone unhappy, especially her brother-in-law.

The girl took the drink, took a sip, and sure enough, the drink tasted better—sweet and sour. "Thank you, bro."

Xiao Ran asked her, "By the way, are you really going to live on campus?"

The girl's eyelids twitched.

I almost spat out the juice in my mouth.

Just when I dodged my sister's open attack, my brother-in-law is now launching a sneak attack?

She only said that because she had no other choice; she never really intended to move out. In fact, she didn't want to leave.

It's not entirely to take care of my brother-in-law. It's mainly because I've really gotten used to living here. If I ask her to leave now, just moving her luggage would probably take two days!

Just thinking about it makes me realize how troublesome it is.

The little girl's heart was in her throat; her eyes betrayed her nervousness. "I...I don't want to go to boarding school..."
