Yunshuang had just coaxed little Tangyuan to sleep when she heard a knock on the door. Little Tangyuan was startled and woke up again. Yunshuang was so angry that she wanted to kill someone.
Gu Zhinian opened the door and saw that the sisters-in-law who were eating upstairs had come down. Li Guiying was holding a plate of dessert and said with a smile:
"Xiao Gu, those men upstairs are smoking and drinking, and we can't sit here. Can you ladies come downstairs and play at your house?"
Gu Zhinian was speechless. "You're all standing at the door, what else can she say?" This refusal would probably offend everyone in the corridor, so she could only open the door and welcome them in with a smile.
A crowd of women and children came into the house and started yelling and shouting.

Han Li sneered, "Yeah, I'm divorced. Such a big thing must be on the news!"
The women blushed, and Li Guiying came out to smooth things over with a smile.
"Han Li, you are such a joke."
Han Li curled her lips and rolled her eyes.
"I'm not kidding. With your attitude, I'll be all over the news and become a celebrity in a few days. I have to thank you!"
The women were so embarrassed that they all refused.
"Han Li, I never told you anything."
"I didn't say that either!"
Han Li sneered, "You guys didn't tell me, I just got divorced and everyone knows about it right after. It's just a rumor!"
Zhang Yanni came out to persuade everyone,
"Alright, alright, stop talking about it. Divorce isn't something to be ashamed of. Let's not talk about it anymore."
Li Xiufang laughed awkwardly and changed the subject.
"Xiao Gu, you guys are really sorry for not going up to eat. You don't know that the meal Guiying cooked is really delicious. There is fish and meat. It is even more delicious than the meal during the Chinese New Year."
"Yeah."
Gu Zhinian asked everyone to sit down. Yunshuang came out angrily holding little Tangyuan. When Zhang Yanni saw little Tangyuan, she was so fond of him that she wanted to hold him.
Little Tangyuan was so sleepy that he cried loudly and raised his hands to ask his mother to hold him. Gu Zhinian walked over and held the child.
"Why did you wake up?"
Yunshuang glanced at everyone unhappily.
"What do you think?"
Gu Zhinian carried the child into the house to coax him to sleep, and Han Li left with her bag in a bad mood.
When the women saw Yunshuang, they surrounded her and teased her with laughter.
"Yunshuang, I remember you're in your twenties this year, right? Do you have a partner?"
Yun Shuang replied with a forced smile, "I'm only twenty years old this year, young and beautiful. I'm not in a hurry, unlike you, who got married so young."
The woman turned her head unhappily, and someone else said,
"Yunshuang, the Luo family's sister-in-law cooks delicious food. There are fish and duck. It would be a shame if you don't go and eat."

"Your sister-in-law's cooking is delicious, too. She looks very virtuous."

Li Guiying's face turned red and white. What she said meant that she was destined to be a hard worker and should cook. Was Gu Zhinian luckier than her?
"Ah? Your sister-in-law can't cook. I thought all nannies were good at cooking."
Yun Shuang smiled and retorted, "I'm sorry, my sister-in-law can cook, but we don't let her do it because we're afraid she'll get tired. She's our family's treasure, and we'd feel bad if the kitchen was filled with fumes."
The women present didn't believe it. There was no woman who didn't cook. It was not a good thing to let a man cook. Wouldn't that make him a loser? Could Gu Zhinian, a little nanny, live such a comfortable life?
Everyone felt uncomfortable. When Gu Zhinian was a nanny, they would always greet her with a smile. Now, Gu Zhinian was a housewife like them, and she actually lived better than them. This made people feel uncomfortable.
"Yunshuang, you are lying."
Yun Shuang snorted softly.
"I'm not idle, why would I lie to you about this?"
Zhang Yanni saw that everyone looked unhappy and said with a smile:
"I watched Makino grow up. I know him best. He loves his wife."
The women stopped talking about this topic and sat on the sofa, eating melon seeds and chatting about other things. The children sat on the floor and played.
At three o'clock in the afternoon, Yun Muye came home drunk and red-faced. He was stunned to see a room full of people. The women stood up and smiled.
"Have you men finished drinking?"
"Yes, they all drank a lot, so don't go to the wrong door." The implication is that you should leave.
"Haha, we have to go back and check, don't go to other people's houses!"
The women patted the melon seed shells off their bodies. The ground was full of melon seed shells and peanut shells. Yun Muye frowned when he saw them.
After everyone left, Yun Muye asked Yun Shuang,
"Where's your sister-in-law?"
Yunshuang complained angrily.
"It frustrates me to death to coax the child to sleep. I spent a long time trying to coax the child to sleep, but they talked like loudspeakers and woke me up."
Yun Muye looked at the living room full of garbage, took the broom, and cleaned it with Yun Shuang. There was another knock on the door. Yun Muye opened the door with the broom in his hand. It was Li Xiufang.
"Sister-in-law, what's wrong?"
"My son's hat fell off."
As soon as Li Xiufang entered the house, she was shocked to see Yun Muye cleaning. It was so rare to see a man doing housework at home.
"Where's Xiao Gu? Isn't she coming out to clean?"
"She's putting the baby to sleep."
Li Xiufang twitched her lips, wanted to say something but then closed her mouth, took her hat, turned around and left. Li Xiufang and the women went to share the news excitedly.
