Bi Qiaoan has been living a very comfortable life lately, going back and forth between school and home every day.
There weren't many classes at school, so Bi Qiaoan spent her days either joking around with her classmates or studying in the library.
At home, she felt even more at ease. Apart from cooking, she had almost no other housework. Shen Yanming arranged everything perfectly, so she didn't have to worry about anything.
Until Chen Jin went to the Shen Group three times.
"My dear sisters, come and congratulate me! I passed the third round of interviews at the Shen Group!" Chen Jin was finally not putting on a fake smile of gentleness and generosity today, but showing genuine joy. Bi Qiaoan thought Chen Jin looked much better than before.
"Congratulations on finally taking an important step in your life." Bi Qiaoan congratulated him with a smile. She had to admit that Chen Jin always made a good first impression, so it was not surprising that he passed the interview.
However, Chen Jin will be assigned to a branch office. In her previous life, Chen Jin had to pester Bi Qiaoan to put in a good word for her before she was able to get into the head office.
"Has the contract been signed? How much is the monthly salary?" This was what Jiang Shanshan was most concerned about.

"I heard that Mr. Shen, the major shareholder of the Shen Group, is seriously ill and about to pass away."
"Pfft...cough cough..." Bi Qiaoan spat out her coffee, luckily there was no one in front of her, it just sprayed onto the ground.
"Hey, why are you so excited?" Song Wenwen quickly grabbed a mop and cleaned the floor.
"I'm just a little surprised..." Bi Qiaoan wiped the coffee stains from the corner of her mouth with a napkin and said with a smirk.
"How old is President Shen? If he really dies, will it have a big impact on you?" Jiang Shanshan didn't quite understand these things.
"I heard that it's not easy for people under 30 to work so hard, and being a senior executive isn't easy either, the pressure is too great. The young lady who interviewed us said it has nothing to do with us, it's all the shareholders' business, and the company will continue to operate as usual."

Seeing Chen Jin, Jiang Shanshan, and Song Wennuan chatting enthusiastically, Bi Qiaoan took her phone and left the dormitory. She took a walk on campus, found a quiet, open space, and called Shen Yanming.
"Hello, are you busy?"
"It's alright, we just saw off another group of people. Did you miss me?"
"Yeah, I've heard some rumors. Yanming, are you alright?"
Shen Yanming's deep laughter came through, "It's alright, I'll explain to you when you get back."
"When am I going back? You've sent me back to the dorm for almost a week now."
"Soon. I'll pick you up once I've finished everything here. Take care of yourself."
"good!"
After hanging up the phone, Bi Qiaoan felt relieved. She went to the bookstore and bought two sets of study materials, then went to the supermarket and bought a few boxes of yogurt, a bag of beef jerky, and two bags of potato chips. After thinking for a while, she went to a small restaurant and ordered a serving of shredded pork with garlic sauce, a serving of stir-fried green beans, and a serving of rice. She then strolled back to her dormitory.
"Wow, it smells so good! Qiao An, why didn't you give me a call? I would have definitely asked you to bring me some food too!" Jiang Shanshan sniffed and said jokingly.
"I can't take any more, you can have this." Bi Qiaoan said, putting the food on the table and handing it to Jiang Shanshan.
Jiang Shanshan quickly waved her hand, "I was just joking with you, and you took it seriously. Just now, Ajin said she'd treat everyone to lunch to celebrate."
"That's great! It's a real pity, I've already bought lunch, so I won't be with you guys for lunch."
"It's a real pity, this is the first time Ah Jin has ever treated us to a meal."
Bi Qiaoan chuckled, didn't reply, and picked up her utensils to start eating.
Chen Jin led Song Wenwen and Jiang Shanshan downstairs and saw Xiao Fei waiting for her at the dormitory entrance. When she went over, Xiao Fei took her hand. Chen Jin looked at the envious and amazed looks from the passersby and felt smug.
The four of them found a small restaurant on campus, which happened to be the same one where Bi Qiaoan had taken takeout. They ordered seven dishes and had a satisfying meal. Afterwards, Song Wenwen and Jiang Shanshan went back to their dorm for a lunch break, while Chen Jin and Xiao Fei decided to go see a movie.
