Since my two children were born, I have never faced such a dark environment.
When they opened their eyes, it was pitch black with only a faint light. Neither of their parents were by their side. The two children panicked, their lips trembled, and they burst into tears.
Hearing the commotion, Shen Yanming and Bi Qiaoan rushed back to the bedroom, hugged the two children, and gently comforted them.
When An'an and Nuannuan were picked up, they were a little aggrieved and sobbed. The couple felt heartbroken.
"Mommy and Daddy are here. Be brave, little darling, and don't cry, okay?" Although Shen Yanming said this, he tightened his grip on his daughter's arms.

"What are you standing there for? Come in! I don't know what you're doing here in the middle of the night, dressed like this!" Li Gangtie calmed his heartbeat and yelled at Shen Yanming.
Shen Yanming smiled and waved his hand, then pointed to the bag he was carrying and said, "I'm not sure if the things inside are safe, so I won't go in."
