Shen Yanming laughed and took An'an and Nuannuan out. "It's okay, Mommy isn't making fun of you. She's just having too much fun eating."
An'an and Nuannuan didn't understand what a white lie was, so they believed their father's words. They had Shen Yanming put them down, and the three of them sat around a plate of durian flesh, taking turns eating it.
An'an and Nuannuan waved their little arms excitedly, feeling very happy today.
Taking this opportunity, Shen Yanming quickly cleaned the room.
By the time he finished cleaning up, he was covered in sweat. He glanced into the living room and saw his wife playing with the two kids, which put his mind at ease. He took a change of clothes to the bathroom to wash up, and when he came out, he was once again the tall, handsome dad.
I held An'an on my lap and played with the three of us for a while until noon before preparing lunch.
