Lu Zhishu: "The train tickets from Haicheng to Dongjiang are only available for the first half of the day. The nearest train is an ordinary express train, arriving in Dongjiang around 9pm."
Zhou Mo estimated in his mind that it would take another hour and a half to get from the train station to Dongjiang, and he would not get home until after ten o'clock.
"Okay, I'll tell Chen Pan and make her happy."
Lu Zhishu said solemnly: "Thank you."
Zhou Mo: "You're welcome."
Seven o'clock.
Zhou Mo brought out a large plate of shrimp from the kitchen.
Shen Pan took the woven insulation pad and placed it in the center of the rectangular dining table.
Zhou Mo put the prawns on it, then sat down heavily in the chair.
"I'm so tired and sweating," Zhou Mo took a tissue from the table and gently wiped the sweat from his forehead. His heart suddenly started beating violently and his forehead continued to sweat profusely.
Chen Pan looked at Zhou Mo with a dull look in his eyes, and he was not as energetic as before.
She asked worriedly, "What's wrong with you?"
Zhou Mo: "It's very hot, and I feel anxious and have no strength."
Shen Pan was suddenly shocked, "Your symptoms... are exactly the same as my initial symptoms yesterday."
Zhou Mo suddenly realized, "I was infected by you too? That shouldn't be the case. My body has always been..."
She stood up with the help of the table, intending to go to the kitchen. However, as soon as she stood up, she felt dizzy, similar to low blood sugar, and almost fell forward.
Fortunately, Chen Pan was quick to catch her.
"Sit down quickly," Chen Pan helped Zhou Mo sit back on the chair, touched Zhou Mo's forehead, then touched his own, and sure enough, they were not at the same temperature.
Zhou Mo’s forehead was hot as a burning sensation on his palm.
"You have a fever." Shen Pan asserted.
"How is that possible?" Zhou Mo didn't believe it. She touched it herself and found no difference.
Chen Pan put his forehead close to hers and said, "You touch mine."
