Chapter 431: Finding the Yan Family

But Si Ze couldn't care less now. He had just landed and couldn't walk much. He came to the cabinet, reached out and opened it. Inside were the two large bags of things his parents had just brought. Without hesitation, he quickly rummaged through them.

However, after searching the Internet for a long time, he found that most of the items on it were their clothes, their favorite foods, and the few foods he liked, but there was nothing he needed.

Si Ze could only lower his head and glance at the hospital gown he was wearing. Finally, he gritted his teeth, put the package back to its original place, and closed the cabinet. Fortunately, he did not return empty-handed, at least he found his mobile phone in the package.

While no one noticed, he swiftly took his cell phone, still in his hospital gown, and walked out of the room. Without stopping, he walked straight out of West China Hospital and got into a taxi parked at the hospital entrance.

"Master, let's go to Jingyang Community." As soon as he got in the car, Si Ze reported the destination address. He was going to Yan's house to find the little girl.

The driver looked at Si Ze's gear and asked doubtfully:

"Sir, are you sure you can get out now? You didn't run away, did you?"

Si Ze frowned slightly:

"Are you going? If not, I'll get another car."

"Go, of course." The driver saw that Si Ze was in good spirits and was a grown man. Moreover, it was a long journey and the fare was expensive. Finally, under the temptation of money, he pressed the empty car light sign, stepped on the accelerator, and drove towards the little girl Jingyang.

An hour later, the taxi entered Jingyang Community and stopped in front of the Yan family's house. Mu Wanyue, her husband, and the two elders, Lao Mu, were having breakfast.

"Oh." Old Wood sighed, "Now that these troublesome little guys are gone, even the food doesn't taste good anymore."

My wife agreed:

"Yes! When they were here, we thought they were noisy, but now that they're gone, we miss them so much."

Mu Wanyue scooped a spoonful of white porridge with a soup spoon, drank half a mouthful without any taste, and finally, she threw the spoon down in frustration, without any appetite at all.

Seeing this, Yan Ming smiled and said:

"Just now, I asked you to go, but you all refused. Do you regret it now?"

"Okay, don't be sad, they will be back in a few days." Yan Ming comforted and distracted him, saying, "Dad, why don't we go to the hospital to see the kid from the Si family?"

Lao Mu nodded: "Okay!" Only by finding something to do can he stop thinking about these little guys.

Just as he finished speaking, there was a rapid knock on the door.

Mu Wanyue frowned. Who was knocking on the door so urgently in the middle of the day?

However, no one thought much about it, and Aunt Hong ran out of the kitchen to open the door.

When the door was opened, Aunt Hong was visibly stunned when she saw Si Ze standing at the door in a hospital gown.

"Auntie Hong." Si Ze just greeted her and entered the house impatiently.

When Si Ze passed by Aunt Hong, she came back to her senses and looked at Si Ze's back as he walked towards the living room. She rubbed her eyes to make sure she was not dizzy, and hurriedly shouted:

"My eldest brother-in-law is here, Master and Madam,"

Aunt Hong's voice reached the ears of the people at the dining table before Si Zeji entered the living room.

"Auntie Hong was calling out, 'Brother-in-law?'" Mu Wanyue couldn't believe her earpiece and exchanged glances with the others at the table.

"Did I hear correctly? It's the eldest brother-in-law? The boy from the Si family, right?"

"I heard it too." Yan Ming nodded, and so did the others. Before they could discuss, the door to the living room was opened and Si Ze, wearing a hospital gown, walked in.

"Mom and Dad, Grandpa and Grandma." Si Ze greeted them with a smile as usual.

The Yan family was dumbfounded and rubbed their faces in disbelief. After confirming that it was not an illusion, Lao Mu stood up in disbelief, walked tremblingly in front of Si Ze, and pinched Si Ze in disbelief.

Feeling the warmth from Si Ze's leather suit, Old Mu Wan finally believed his own eyes. After calming down, he asked in a trembling voice:

"Si boy, are you awake? When did you wake up? Why didn't I hear about it?"

It is really hard to imagine that the person who was lying in bed two days ago, unknown whether he was alive or dead, suddenly appeared in front of me. It is really hard to believe and incredible.

Si Ze supported Old Mu and glanced around the dining room and living room. He didn't see the person he wanted to see, so he asked:

"Grandpa, where is Momo?"

Lao Mu glanced at Si Ze and answered the question irrelevantly:

"Si boy, do your parents know that you are here today?"

"I am free and don't need to seek anyone's consent." Si Ze said calmly, scanning the living room and dining room before looking up at the second floor:

"Grandpa, is Momo recuperating on the second floor?"

Si Ze could only think this way, otherwise it would be hard to explain why he wouldn't come down to eat.

Lao Mu was no stranger to Si Ze's tough and domineering answer. This was the typical character of their Si family. If he had woken up a day earlier, he and Mo Yatou might not have been forced to separate and come to this point.

Lao Mu felt sorry in his heart, but he said nothing. Instead, he pulled Xi Ze and walked into the restaurant:

"Si, little girl, since you're here, come in and have breakfast together!" As he said that, he pulled Si Ze to the restaurant and sat down at a seat.

"Grandpa, I want to go to the second floor to see Momo first." Si Ze said, and then greeted Mu Wanyue and Yan Ming who were still standing:

"Mom and Dad."

Mu Wanyue's eyes flickered, but she did not respond to Si Ze's words. Instead, she said clearly:

"Have some breakfast first."

Since Grandpa and Yan's parents had said so, Si Ze couldn't refuse anymore, so he took the white porridge handed to him by Aunt Hong and started to eat it bit by bit, accompanying the Yan family to have breakfast.

After half an hour of breakfast, the Yan family finally finished their breakfast.

But before Si Ze could speak, Lao Mu gently pulled him back again:

"Little Si, tell me, when did you wake up? And did the hospital know about your coming out this time?"

Si Ze looked at Lao Mu. He could tell that the Yan family was deliberately delaying time and not letting him see the little girl.

After coming to this conclusion, the smile on Si Ze's face gradually disappeared. He looked at Lao Mu and asked directly:

"Grandpa, don't you want me to see Momo?"

Hearing this, Lao Mu turned away his eyes with a guilty conscience and stammered:

"Are you okay? You're overthinking it."

"Grandpa, you don't have to hide it from me, I know." Si Ze didn't beat around the bush and confessed directly.

"You know?" Old Wood was very surprised: "Who told you?"

Mo Yatou had only been gone for less than a morning, so how could Si Ze know about this? Could it be that the Si family had sent someone to follow Mo Yatou? This also made Lao Mu feel uneasy.

Si Ze didn't know what Lao Mu was thinking, he just said to himself:

"Grandpa, you have to believe me. My parents made the decision to divorce, and I had no idea about it."
