Si Ze searched aimlessly in Guanghua Temple for more than ten minutes. He searched almost every palace, but there was still no sign of Yan Mo.
Si Ze, who was running around in the temple, had already attracted the attention of the monks in the temple. In order to prevent Si Ze from affecting other people burning incense, more than a dozen monks blocked Si Ze's way when he broke into the backyard.
"Who are you? Why are you making trouble in the temple?" An old monk stood in front of Si Ze and asked.
Having lost track of Yan Mo, Si Ze almost lost his mind and was on the verge of losing control. He growled:
"Get out of here."
The old monk frowned and said, "Donor, the temple is a quiet place. You barge in like this and offend the gods, and thus face punishment."
At this moment, Si Ze was not going to listen to these big truths. He rushed in again regardless of anything.
Seeing this, the dozen or so little monks who surrounded Si Ze in a circle immediately raised their sticks and made attacking gestures, as if they would attack without hesitation as long as Si Ze took another step forward.
But Si Ze thought that if they were blocking him like this, they must have hidden Yan Mo inside, otherwise why would they not let him in?
For Si Ze, fear has never been in his dictionary. Without any hesitation, he rushed inside. A row of little monks also took a step forward, and the two were about to fight.
At the critical moment, Xun Jiage, who had been chasing after Si Ze, came panting and staggering.
"Stop it." Xun Jiage shouted loudly, and at the same time, he stood between a row of little monks and Si Ze.
Xun Jiage immediately brought a row of young monks and said with a smile:
"It's all a misunderstanding, my friend, I was too worried about the safety of my family, so I rushed into your temple. He's injured, so please spare him."
"Xun Jiage, get out of the way. Mo girl must be inside." Si Ze shouted impatiently.
Si Ze's attitude made the little monks who had just stopped hold their sticks tightly again.
When the atmosphere became tense again, perhaps because the noise outside was too loud and disturbed the people in the incense room, the door of the incense room was opened from the inside.
An old monk wearing a red cassock, with a dignified figure and a long white beard on his chin, who was obviously a dignified and enlightened monk, walked out of the incense room slowly. This person was the abbot of Guanghua Temple.
Seeing the old monk coming out, a row of young monks immediately separated to both sides to make way for the old monk.
"Abbot, they are causing trouble in the temple." The oldest monk stepped forward to report.
The abbot raised his hand to stop them, and slowly walked towards Si Ze and Xun Jiage. Then, he stopped in front of them, very humbly and politely, clasped his hands together and chanted, "Amitabha."
Xun Jiage immediately returned the same greeting.
"Donor, how can I help you?" the host spoke slowly.
"Host, I'm so sorry." Xun Jiage quickly apologized and explained why they were there.
After listening, the host stroked his beard on his chin with understanding.
"Host, you have seen her, right?" The person asking the question was Si Ze, who stared at the host in front of him nervously.
The host didn't deny it immediately, which proves that he must have seen her.
The host withdrew his gaze from Xun Jiage and looked at Si Ze. After a long stare, the host shook his head and said:
“Not sure.”
Si Ze frowned, a little upset and said: "If you have seen it, then you have seen it. If you haven't seen it, then you haven't seen it. Why are you not sure? Have you seen it or not?"
Facing Si Ze's anger, the host remained calm and said with a smile:
"I've definitely seen the person I just met with today, but I don't know her first or last name. So I'm not sure."
Si Ze didn't have time to keep the secret here. He raised his head and scanned the entire courtyard, and asked impatiently:
"Where is she?"
The host did not hide anything and said directly:
"She's gone."
"Leaving?"
Si Ze frowned. Was he still late? However, he once again looked the host over with suspicion.
"Monks don't speak nonsense." The host still looked at Si Ze calmly, not angry because of Si Ze's gaze.
After looking at the host for a long time and seeing nothing unusual, Si Ze finally withdrew his gaze. The main reason why he did not trust the host was because of a series of events that had happened recently, which made him wary of everyone, not to mention that it was about the little girl. You know, the previous few times, those people made breakthroughs through the little girl.
Si Ze's offense immediately made the group of young monks unhappy. To them, the abbot was their elder, their master, and the person they respected the most.
"Hey, what are you looking at?" A hot-tempered monk pointed at Si Ze and scolded him:
"If you don't believe it, then why did you come in?"
Si Zeli ignored the shouting little monk and focused on his own thoughts.
Seeing Si Ze like this, the little monk became even angrier. He raised the wooden stick in his hand and was ready to teach Si Ze a lesson.
Fortunately, the host reached out and pulled the impulsive monk back:
"You can't beat him, back off!"
The little monk glanced at Si Ze and replied unwillingly, "Yes."
"Donor Si, I think you should be in a hurry to find my female donor! She has only been gone for less than a quarter of an hour. I think as long as you find the right direction, you should be able to catch up with her." The host looked at Si Ze who was lost in thought in front of him and spoke lightly.
Hearing this, Si Ze suddenly looked up and glanced at the host:
"Thanks."
After saying thank you, he immediately turned around and prepared to leave.
"Wait." The host called out to Si Ze.
Si Ze turned around and looked at the host standing in the courtyard in confusion.
"Donor Si, the female donor you are looking for has a knot in her heart." After giving this reminder, before Si Ze could ask anything else, the host turned around, walked into the incense room again, and closed the door.
"What do you mean?" Xun Jiage looked at the closed courtyard door in confusion, then turned to look at Si Ze.
Si Ze did not answer, but shouted loudly into the courtyard:
"I'll come again." After saying that, he left Guanghua Temple completely without any intention of searching anywhere else.
In the incense room, the host heard Si Ze's voice and slowly opened his eyes, which had been closed. Then, he sighed in a low voice:
"It's difficult!" After saying that, he closed his eyes again, and the air fell into silence.
After leaving the temple, Si Ze ran all the way back to his Hummer. This time, Xun Jiage put all his strength into it and finally got in the car at the same moment Si Ze got in.
"Boss Si, are you injured?" Xun Jiage questioned seriously.
