Chapter 67 Sending Help

Her daughter had just returned to China and had only lived at home for a few days, but now she was going to move out. Mu Wanyue was very reluctant to let her go.

"Can't we find someone to live there? Or rent it out?" Mu Wanyue held her daughter's hand, tears in her eyes.

"If I rent it out to someone else, it's not my own house, so I won't take good care of it." Yan Mo was very determined: "Maybe it's even worse now."

Mu Wanyue winked at her husband opposite her, asking him to help persuade her.

"Sure, just move in if you want! The house really needs some space. It's been years and no one has lived in it." Yan Ming agreed readily, which coincided with his idea. Before his daughter came back, he was thinking about renting out the house. It would definitely not work if no one lived in it for so long.

Therefore, he did not cooperate with his wife in persuading his daughter, which also caused his wife to be very dissatisfied.

Mu Wanyue glared at Yan Ming and said to him, "If you want to move, then you move. Mo Mo won't move."

Yan Ming remained silent, and Mu Wanyue seemed to be about to say something.

Yan Mo spoke hurriedly:

"Mom, I'll always be here to see you." Observing the changes in her mother, and seeing that she still refused to let them go, she added, "I'll always bring Si Ze back."

No one knows a mother better than her daughter. After hearing Yan Mo's last words, Mu Wanyue's eyes flickered. After a moment of contemplation, she relaxed, "Okay then!"

Yan Mo was delighted.

It really works.

Mu Wanyue put forward a condition: "However, you have to tell me the password to your house, or give me a key."

"Okay." Yan Mo agreed. She was not surprised that her mother had conditions. She would be surprised if her mother did not have conditions. She felt uneasy because it proved that her mother was going to cause trouble again.

After getting his parents' consent, Yan Mo sat with them for a while. Unable to bear it any longer, he went upstairs.

The next day

Yan Mo slept until 11 o'clock in the morning before getting up. It was one of the few times he stayed in bed since he came back, and it also made up for the lack of sleep in the past few days.

When he opened his phone, he saw several unread messages from Si Ze. Yan Mo clicked on them and listened to the voice messages.

Tell her that there are a lot of meetings today and she will be busy until the evening.

She hadn't thought of asking Si Ze for help, and didn't care whether he came to her or not.

Anyway, she has a car now and she doesn't have anything, so she might as well not trouble others if she can.

Yan Mo replied with an emoticon and exited the dialog box.

After a day, I had to pack up and move my things into the harbor. I quickly got up, washed up, and went downstairs to have lunch.

After the meal, I started packing my things in high spirits.

To prevent her fickle mother from changing her ways, there is no time to lose and she needs to move and settle down as soon as possible.

She plans to move today.

It took a full three hours to clean up, and it was not finished until 3:30 in the afternoon.

She knew her mother, and her mother also knew her. When she moved her things downstairs, Mu Wanyue rushed back from outside, exhausted.

Help her move.

Looking at her mother, who helped her get two books and got into the car, Yan Mo smiled and said, "Mom, you should take a rest. There are not many left. I can do it by myself."

"Then I'll go to the car and help you sort it out." Mu Wanyue was very proactive. Before leaving, she cleverly said, "Si Ze, I'll be here later!"

"He has something to do today." Yan Mo answered, then realized what she had said and warned her mother: "Don't contact him without permission."

"I know, don't worry!" Mu Wanyue looked at her with disdain, wondering what kind of person she was.

Yan Mo then began to move things into the car, including boxes, travel bags, daily necessities and the like.

Zhenghong Building.

In the conference room, Si Ze was looking at the plan submitted by the planning department, and the mobile phone screen on the table lit up.

During the meeting, everyone's cell phone was set to silent mode, and Si Ze was no exception.

After picking up the phone and reading the message, Si Ze's already gloomy face became even darker.

Si Ze raised his hand, checked the time, moved closer to Xun Jiage, and whispered a few words into his ear.

The person standing in front of the big screen and constantly explaining the planning plan also stopped at this moment.

After a while, Xun Jiage left the meeting room.

"Continue." Si Ze ordered in a cold tone.

The lecturer gritted his teeth and finished speaking the contents of the plan.

Si Ze picked up a pen, circled many problematic parts in the plan, and threw it on the conference table with a bang. He said coldly:

"Change everything circled and send it to your email tomorrow morning."

It's been revised again. The person explaining it must be having a hard time! This is the third time. This time, the special assistant has reviewed it and said there are no problems.

It just happened to hit the muzzle of the gun.

"Yes, Mr. Si." The instructor picked up his plan, sat back in his seat, and said to the person next to him in a voice that only the two of them could hear, "Be careful, Mr. Si is in a bad mood."

Si Ze was indeed in a bad mood, but he wouldn't get angry at his subordinates.

It is indeed because the plan given by the planning department is too old-fashioned and lacks any new ideas.

It was only a month since he took office, and half of the leadership of Zhenghong Group had been replaced.

It's really terrifying.

Yan Mo didn't know yet that her actions had caused great harm to the leaders of Zhenghong Group and made them miserable.

She drove into Harborside, came to her parking space, backed into the garage, got out and moved her things. Her mother did not follow her because she had given her a key to Harborside.

She had just gotten off the car and hadn't started moving things when a man walked over. After seeing who it was, she breathed a sigh of relief. It was the bodyguard who often stayed by Si Ze's side. She had seen him twice, so she had some impression of him.

It’s no wonder Yan Mo was scared. Any girl would be surprised if she met a strange man in the underground garage and he kept approaching her.

Bodyguard: "Ms. Yan, Mr. Si, let me help you move things."

"Yeah." Yan Mo stepped aside: "Sorry for the trouble."

Since someone had come, Yan Mo didn't hesitate to take out his bag, put it on his back, and walked in front to help open the elevator.

She originally wanted to ask the bodyguard how Si Ze knew about her move, but after thinking about it, she decided not to ask. Even if she asked, the bodyguard might not know.

Coming upstairs, Yan Mo entered the password, opened the door, and the bodyguard moved the things into the house.

Bodyguard: "Miss Yan, where are the things?"

Yan Mo pointed to the corner of the living room: "That's it."

After putting down the things, the bodyguard went downstairs again. Yan Mo wanted to go downstairs to help, but was rejected by the bodyguard. She stayed upstairs and took out the electric kettle to boil some water.

Although there weren't many things, the bodyguards had to go back and forth three or four times before they could move them all.

"Sit down and have a drink of water." Yan Mo searched in the bag for a long time before finding a bottle of mineral water.

I was in such a hurry to move in that I forgot there was no furniture for daily use.

There was no time to buy pots, pans, and even cups.

The bodyguard took the water and immediately walked out of the house, saying as he walked, "Miss Yan, I'll be leaving first."

Before I could even say thank you, the bodyguard ran into the elevator and disappeared.

Yan Mo smiled, closed the door, and started cleaning.
