Sun Kaicheng glanced at his watch: "We've been gone for two hours now. I'm sleepy. How about I take a nap?"
"Nothing else to do today?" She only knew that the newlyweds would return to their parents' home three days after the wedding, but she really didn't know what else was going to happen.
"It's okay, we have all the time to ourselves today. Do you want your husband to carry you to bed?"
Qian Xiao lazily raised his eyelids: "Don't let that name slip out, it's not used around now."

When she woke up again, she was not sure where she was, or whether it was day or night, since it was always daytime in the space.
When Sun Kaicheng opened the door, he saw his wife staring blankly at the ceiling. He half-lifted Qian Xiao and let her lean her upper body against him.
"Did you sleep so much you're stupid?"
"What time is it?" Qian Xiao didn't realize that her voice was hoarse and extremely dry until she spoke.
A glass of water was immediately placed near his mouth: "Drink some water before you talk, it's almost ten o'clock now."
"Morning or evening?" She remembered that when she lay down again it was almost ten o'clock. Was it ten o'clock at night or ten o'clock the next morning?
"It's 10 PM, how about we go wash up and sober up?"
Qian Xiao felt completely limp from sleep and rolled her eyes: "Whose fault is this?"

Sun Kaicheng paused as he was clearing the dishes. He seemed to have forgotten about it. Wasn't he just too excited? It couldn't be that he won the lottery in just one day, could it?

"Next time, I promise I won't forget, you have to believe me," I don't want to have to sleep in a separate room from my wife right after we got married.
Qian Xiao was furious. What could she do? She could only get into a fight over this. Not to mention that her current physical strength didn't allow her to fight freely, even if she could, it wasn't Sun Kaicheng's fault. It was because she didn't remember.

Both of them were easygoing, and when they woke up the next day, they seemed to have forgotten all their worries from the night before. They laughed and joked as they washed up, carrying their bags and riding their gasoline-powered bicycles back to the village to visit their parents.
After the wedding, her parents went back to the village with her grandparents, saying they would go back after she returned to her parents' home.
As soon as Qian Xiao arrived at the village entrance, she saw her mother and grandmother waiting there. She quickly jumped off her bicycle and asked, "Grandma, Mom, why are you waiting here?"
The old lady's eyes never left her eldest granddaughter. When she saw that her granddaughter's face was rosy and her eyes were full of joy, she felt relieved.
Although her eldest granddaughter is rarely around, getting married is completely different from not getting married. She has been so worried that she hasn't slept well for the past two days, fearing that her eldest granddaughter will not be able to adapt to married life.
