Extra 2: Dan'er's Mental Journey (9)

I got beaten up.

Well, that's only natural.

After all, I actually acted like a hooligan to such a pure and innocent girl.

As I touched the bruised corners of my mouth, I felt a sweet feeling in my heart.

She is worthy of being my wife. She is so beautiful even when she is angry and beating people.

Thinking of the uncontrollable anger on her cold face when she beat me, and the hint of embarrassment that she herself didn't even notice, she looked more lively and more touching than usual.

Oh no, just thinking about it makes me feel hot inside.

It’s a pity that I couldn’t be happy for long.

That day, my wife actually wanted to drive me away.

"Why are you chasing me away? I won't leave."

Feng Ling's expression was calm, and she no longer looked like she had been emotionally disturbed by my inappropriate words and actions.

"Your injury has healed, so it's time for you to leave."

I immediately covered my cheek miserably, pursed my lips, and showed her the wound at the corner of my mouth. "How can it be healed? It hurts so much."

Feng Ling's eyes flickered for a moment, then immediately became cold and ruthless.

"You deserve it."

I moved closer to Feng Ling and said, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean it."

She took a step to the side without any expression, and even her hands hanging at her sides were clenched in an instant.

I think she probably subconsciously wanted to beat me up.

So I took a step towards her, stood firmly beside her, and gently bumped her shoulder. "Don't be angry, okay? If you're unhappy, just beat me up again, okay?"

Feng Ling's beautiful eyebrows frowned, as if she could no longer endure it.

I immediately lowered my voice, my tone soft and aggrieved, three parts lost and five parts pitiful, as I said, "It's my fault. I've been without parents since I was little, hatched from a dragon egg, and mingled with a bunch of birds and beasts in a place with scarce spiritual energy. No one taught me how to get along with others."

As I whispered, I stole a glance at Feng Ling's expression.

Sure enough, I saw that her eyes seemed to relax.

I remember once I accidentally saw my dad making my mom angry, and he acted pitiful to coax her like this.

I didn't expect it to be so useful.

I will keep trying.

"Later, my father showed up inexplicably and took me back without caring about what I thought.

I originally thought that I would be able to live a comfortable life for a few days in the future.

Who would have thought that within a few days, my father would cruelly throw me here and leave me to fend for myself."

Feng Ling moved her mouth but didn't say anything.

I approached cautiously and rested my head on her shoulder, nuzzling it gently. "They've abandoned me twice. Now, are you going to abandon me for the third time?"

Feng Ling didn't speak for a long time.

But I could feel that she must be going through a fierce struggle in her heart.

Because I know that although Feng Ling looks cold on the surface, he is actually a very soft-hearted person.

Otherwise, why would she save me and heal my injuries time and time again? Even though I said such dirty words to her, she just pushed me off her and punched me lightly twice.

My wife is so nice, so kind and lovely.

I added the final fuel at the right time.

"Forget it." I slowly moved my head away from her shoulder, my whole body filled with loss and sadness, and slowly backed away, "I shouldn't have made things so difficult for you.

It's only natural for a dragon as ominous as me to be abandoned."

I stared at Feng Ling deeply for one last time, then turned away resolutely. My tone was choked with sobs that I tried hard to conceal but couldn't. "Thank you. I'll leave now."

step.

Two steps.

Three steps.

I counted my steps in my head, knowing I must look incredibly fragile from behind. I bet Feng Ling wouldn't last more than ten steps.

Five steps.

"stop."

I paused, a smile appeared in my eyes, and my heart was burning.

My wife is more soft-hearted than I thought, which really makes me more moved.
