The school bully who is seriously afraid of blood (31)

Sijiu was woken up by Cheng Yuan.

Although she had not gotten enough sleep, she finally had a good sleep. Although she found that it was only 4:30 in the morning when she was woken up, considering that Cheng Yuan was still a patient, she was in a good mood and did not get angry when she woke up.

"You can't sleep anymore, or your parents will find out you haven't come home all night."

Cheng Yuan said this, but the way he held the person did not change at all.

Sijiu's originally lazy expression suddenly changed, and he sat up in an instant, "Oh, oops."

She hurriedly got out of bed, found her shoes that were thrown to the left and right, put them on, and then frantically scratched her hair with her fingers.

Cheng Yuan stood up, took her hand and let her sit down. He gently patted her hand which was still treating her hair roughly, then used his fingers instead of a comb to straighten her hair bit by bit and tied it up again.

"Come on, I'll take you back."

"No, you should get some rest in your current condition. I can just take a taxi and go back."

Cheng Yuan smiled slightly, "I'm in good health now."

Then he took the wine's hand without saying anything and said, "Let me take you there."

Although the tone was not strong, there was an inexplicable feeling that no one could disobey.

Si Jiu's eyes paused, and a look of suspicion fell on his face.

He still had that humble, submissive look, even with a hint of a smile on his face. "Something dangerous just happened, and it's still dark. I'm worried about you being alone. Can I take you there?"

Sijiu always felt that something was wrong.

But before she could think about it, Cheng Yuan had already put his hands on her shoulders, turned her around and gently pushed her towards the door.

"If you delay any longer, it will be dawn. What if your parents find out?"

Ji Yiran's parents usually get up at 7 o'clock in the morning.

There really isn't much time.

Si Jiu didn't bother to continue his interrupted thoughts and followed Cheng Yuan's force to walk out the door.

As he walked, he couldn't help but look back at Cheng Yuan, "Are you really okay? I heard from the doctor that your hemophobia is quite serious. If you don't get enough rest..."

"It's really okay." He rubbed the top of her head and smiled faintly.

"Okay... just tell me if you feel uncomfortable."

The two sneaked out of the hospital.

It's not that he was "running away from the bill". The medical expenses had been paid before. It's just that the doctor asked Cheng Yuan to stay in the hospital for observation for two days. And since he was in a hurry so early in the morning, he might as well slip away.

After leaving the hospital, the two took a taxi and went straight to Ji Yiran's house.

This time, Cheng Yuan did not stop at the bottom of the apartment building, but insisted on sending Sijiu upstairs.

Sijiu had experienced his "stickiness" during this period, and thought that he was probably frightened by what happened last night, so she didn't have the heart to refuse him and let him accompany her in the elevator upstairs.

It wasn't until they reached the doorstep that Si Jiu said, "Can you rest assured now?"

"I'll leave once I see you go in."

Si Jiu felt a little helpless, but when she met Cheng Yuan's calm yet determined eyes, she said nothing more. She turned around and punched in the password while saying, "Why don't you go back to the hospital later? I see you still don't look well. You can stay there for another day. As for school... you don't go often anyway, so I won't ask for leave for you."

“Hmm…”

Cheng Yuan hummed indifferently.

As the password was entered, the electronic lock clicked. Si Jiu gently turned the doorknob and lowered his voice, "What do you mean? Are you going or..."

Before she could finish her words, she froze in place in the posture of a dog opening a door.

Inside the door, Ji Yiran's parents, looking anxious and haggard, were standing at the entrance, staring at her closely.

Ji's mother's eyes were red and swollen, and it was obvious that she had been crying all night.

Father Ji's eyes were bloodshot and his beard was untidy. It was obvious that he had been waiting all night.

In an instant, Si Jiu felt his scalp tingling.

At an age when she couldn't even count how many years she had lived, she felt helpless for the first time in her life.

Behind him, Cheng Yuan's clean and clear voice was heard.

"Uncle and aunt, hello. I'm here to apologize."

Si Jiu: “…………”
