When the sun was about to reach the top, some people below could no longer hold on. Some people gathered together and whispered, discussing this palace that suddenly appeared.
A fat man whispered something into the ear of the person next to him. "Brother Wang, this palace can't be fake! We've been waiting here for so long, and the palace hasn't responded at all!"
The man called Brother Wang shook his head and said, "I don't know. Let's wait a little longer! The bosses are not in a hurry yet! There's no point in us panicking."
The fat man followed his gaze and saw Ye Xin and others at the door talking happily about something, so he sat back awkwardly.
Lian Hongzhu finally arrived after a long and arduous journey. She surveyed the crowd and her heart settled. It seemed the palace hadn't opened yet; she was lucky she'd made it in time.
Lian Hongzhu, who had gotten rid of the burden, felt relieved. He walked to a nearby rock and jumped on it, staring at the entrance of the hall with a sense of relief.
Ye Xin seemed to sense something, glanced towards where Lian Hongzhu was, and then lightly withdrew his gaze.
It seems like an interesting little guy has come!
A quarter of an hour later, at the hottest time of the day, there was finally movement in the palace.
A light curtain appeared out of thin air above the roof, scanning everyone present. After the number of one hundred people appeared, the palace door slowly opened.
A man near the gate couldn't help but run in first.
Ye Xin followed closely behind, and the few of them walked into the door hand in hand.
When it was Lian Hongzhu's turn, she was the only one left at the palace gate.
She accidentally saw a figure running behind her out of the corner of her eye. Her heart skipped a beat and she immediately jumped off the stone and ran in.
After she entered, the door of the hall slowly closed.
Gao Yi, who arrived a step later, was so angry that he almost bit his teeth off. Damn Lian Hongzhu, you'd better pray that you don't come out alive.
......
Ye Xin and his companions crossed a corridor and entered a room, where they heard the man who had come earlier mumbling to himself in the corner.
Ye Xin didn't have time to pay attention to the man. She looked around the room carefully.
The room was empty, with only an octagonal pearwood table in the middle, on which were placed a few tattered books.
Nan Zhi noticed a black object under the corner of the table and picked it up using telekinesis.
Ye Xin also stepped forward, pretended to look through the things on the table, and then walked back swaggeringly with a book in his hand.
The large group that came in later only saw Ye Xin's actions and thought there was something good on the table, so they surrounded the table.
Ye Xin and the others avoided the main group and went to a corner to whisper to each other.
Nan Zhi gently blew away the thick dust on the object, revealing its original appearance.
It's an inkstone.
"Sister Xin, I can't tell what this is." Nan Zhi pinched a corner of the inkstone and handed it to Ye Xin carefully.
Ye Xin took it and glanced at it casually, and came up with an answer in his mind.
She returned the item to Nan Zhi and transmitted a message to the others, "It's the Heavenly Inkstone from the God Realm. Looks like you're lucky."
God Realm? Heaven-Suppressing Inkstone?
Nan Zhi knew these words separately, but why couldn't she understand them when they were put together?
She and Mao Yi stared at each other, each suspecting they were still asleep. The divine realm's items were used as stepping stones by the table, and they had easily taken them. How could this feel so magical?
Ye Xin burst into laughter, raised her knife and cut the Zhentian Inkstone into four equal parts. "You heard right, it's just as you thought. Keep it well. It will be very useful to you in the future."
Nan Zhi didn't answer it. "Sister Xin, you gave it to us, so what are you going to do?"
There was no uneven distribution of the spoils in their team. If there was, they would have been better off selling them.
Ye Xin clenched her fist and placed it under her nose, coughing dryly. "Can I say I already have one?"
What's it like to have a father who is a daughter slave? She actually used the Zhentian Inkstone as a stepping stone in the Nine Heavens. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Nan Zhi: "..."
Sister Xin's hatred once again exceeded their understanding.
Huang Wenjing took small steps and blinked at Ye Xin, "Sister Xin, how do you use this thing?"
Forgive her for being unsophisticated, she really doesn't know how to use things from the divine realm.
Just as Ye Xin was about to send a message, the man stopped talking to himself and turned to walk towards them.
Nan Zhi calmly put the things into her storage bag and took out a replacement.
Cha Gu walked up to them, clasped his hands together and bowed, "Dear fellow spirits, I am Cha Gu from the Endless Continent. Please excuse my intrusion."
Endless Continent, fellow Nanzhi?
Ye Xin put away her lazy look and became aloof. "What's up?"
Cha Gu also saw the little episode outside just now. Knowing that the person in front of him was a Taoist master in the Spirit Emperor stage, he respectfully stated his purpose.
"Master Dao, this is what's going on. I received a clue about this palace a year ago, and now I'd like to share this clue with you free of charge. I beg for your assistance."
Free? Such a good thing.
Not to mention Ye Xin's disbelief, even Mao Yi, the dumbest member of the team, looked at Cha Gu with a look that said, "Are you sick?"
If this were true, you would say it so easily. You know, there is no such thing as a free lunch!
Tiandao: "Hey! Pie really does fall from the sky. →_→"
Cha Gu knew that several people did not believe him, so he slowly told them the news he knew.
"This is the place where the Immortal Lord Xinhou of the Divine Realm passed away. I wonder what happened in this secret realm that exposed the palace that was supposed to appear in five hundred years."
