Hearing that Su Xue was still overthinking the matter, Liu Xiaoyuan said, "Alright, Xue'er, stop thinking about it. If you can't remember, then don't think about it. Don't make trouble for yourself, okay?"

"Then I'll make you so happy you can't sleep," Su Xue said, rolling her eyes at Liu Xiaoyuan.
The two flirted and teased each other along the way, and time flew by. Before they knew it, they had arrived home.
It feels so good to be home. I can relax completely. My parents were cooking in the kitchen. When they heard the noise, they came out to check and saw that Liu Xiaoyuan and Su Xue had returned.
Mom said happily, "You're back! Perfect timing, we haven't cooked yet, let's prepare your dishes."
Mom then said to Dad in the kitchen, "Xiaoyuan and Suxue are back. Wash more vegetables, you hear me?"
Instead of cooking, Mom took Su Xue's hand and asked her where she and Liu Xiaoyuan had gone.
That's just how my mom is; she likes to get to the bottom of things, unless she feels uncomfortable about it.
Liu Xiaoyuan said with a smile, "Mom, you should go ahead and get busy, or the food will burn."
Mom waved her hand and said, "It's okay, your dad's in the kitchen, it'll be fine."
"Don't ask, come and help. I can't manage all this by myself." Dad's voice came from the kitchen.
