Lu Siyao's family was well-off and lived on the street, so they couldn't make pig's blood sausage, let alone cured meat, because both of these required smoking.

"Liu Xiaoyuan, you..." Lu Siyao was furious. What did he mean by saying that she didn't look like a virtuous wife and loving mother? Did she look like a shrew?
If they were outside, Lu Siyao would definitely chase after Liu Xiaoyuan and beat him up, but this is a hotel, so she has to maintain her ladylike demeanor.
However, if she stepped on Liu Xiaoyuan's foot under the table, no one would notice, and it wouldn't affect her ladylike image.
