After teasing Su Yu for a while, Liu Xiaoyuan felt sleepy and went to sleep. Su Yu, however, was still wide awake. For some reason, instead of being angry at Liu Xiaoyuan's teasing, Su Yu felt a little happy.

"Get up." Su Yu said without turning her head when she heard Liu Xiaoyuan's footsteps.
"Good morning, beautiful lady. What are you thinking about standing here so early? Are you thinking about your handsome guy, me?" Liu Xiaoyuan asked with a grin.
Upon hearing Liu Xiaoyuan's words, Su Yu rolled her eyes at him. This guy was flirting with her so early in the morning; he deserved to die.
"Let's go, the weather has cleared up today, we can go into the mountains." Su Yu said, then walked to a chair, picked up her backpack, and walked out of Xiao Xin's house.
Liu Xiaoyuan said, "What's the rush? I haven't brushed my teeth or washed my face yet."
Su Yu carried the spirit cat in front, with Liu Xiaoyuan following behind. Walking on the rugged mountain path was truly a torment.
Although Liu Xiaoyuan was also from a poor family and had suffered a lot when he was young, he felt quite tired after walking on this mountain road for almost a morning.

Around the village are some fertile fields, where the rice paddies are lush and green, swaying in the summer breeze as if they are dancing.
The village looks close, but it takes some time to get there.
"Let's go, grit our teeth and hang in there." Liu Xiaoyuan encouraged himself and then followed Su Yu.
On the way, Su Yu told Liu Xiaoyuan that the Strange Poison Conference was held in this village, and that more people in this village knew witchcraft, since this village was more remote than Xiao Xin's village.
"Does everyone in this village know witchcraft?" Liu Xiaoyuan couldn't help but ask, as he was genuinely afraid of this unknown witchcraft.
