The features weren't very clear, but one could vaguely make out Ye Ran's appearance.
"The First Demon God truly lives up to his name. I thought I hid myself well enough, but I didn't expect you to discover me anyway..."
Ye Ran, being straightforward and direct, spoke up without hesitation.
Yuan Qingfeng, shrouded in black mist, looked at the puppet in front of him and chuckled:
"An incarnation of life... What, even the real person doesn't dare to come face to face with me??"
The doll shook its head:
"We've already met last time, so there's no need to do it this time."
"Are you afraid I'll take your sword away again?"
Yuan Qingfeng looked at the puppet and immediately saw through Ye Ran's reason for not coming in person.
Ye Ran said nonchalantly, "You said that, I didn't say anything."
Yuan Qingfeng ignored Ye Ran and continued:
"They wanted to hide there and gather some useful information, but they didn't get anything out of it. They must be a little disappointed..."
Ye Ran shook his head: "No, we've already found out what we needed to."
"Oh??? Tell me about it?" Yuan Qingfeng asked in surprise.
Ye Ran's avatar shook its head:
Why should I tell you about battles between two armies?
Seemingly stung by Ye Ran's retort, Yuan Qingfeng remained silent for a moment, then smiled:
"That's true. So, have you figured out how to deal with me?"
Ye Ran looked at Yuan Qingfeng and suddenly said frankly:
"I haven't figured it out yet; your strength exceeds my comprehension."
