You guys probably don't know that all those other employees were fired by me for playing on their phones!
Chen Tai roared at the employees.
He just doesn't understand!
Why can't these damn workers be a little more self-aware?!
I've already paid them their wages!
Then they have to be honest and do their job well, without missing a minute!
He paid them money, not for them to come here and play on their phones!
Seeing Chen Tai get angry, the employees immediately put away their phones like mice seeing a cat.
One of the bolder employees stepped forward and argued with Chen Tai:
"Manager, it's not that we're not working hard, it's just that there's nothing to do!"
Yesterday we were already moving goods, cleaning the shelves, and tidying up.
We treated all the guests who came this morning very well.
But there were hardly any customers at this hour, and we really couldn't find anything to do.
I've only been playing on my phone for a little while.
The other employees nodded in agreement upon hearing this.
Only the cashier shook her head and sighed helplessly.
These people are still too young; they haven't seen through Chen Tai's true colors yet.
As expected.
After listening to the employee's complaints, Chen Tai laughed.
The smile on his face was sinister.
Even in the sweltering summer, it sends chills down your spine just by looking at it.
Are you saying that I'm bad at managing things, which is why this shop has no business?
Are you targeting me?
The employee was startled and quickly waved his hand, saying:
"Manager, that's not what I meant! I was just saying we work very hard, we didn't mean to slack off!"
But Chen Tai was too lazy to waste words with him, and walked straight in front of the crowd, roaring:
Do you know why you only deserve to be a wage earner?
It means you've never treated the company like your own home!
They have absolutely no sense of ownership!
If there's no business, you won't actively go out on the street to solicit customers, hand out flyers, or even put up small advertisements!
And all you did was sit in the store playing on your phones! How can you do this to the trust and expectations I had for you?!
What right do you have to say you want to be the store manager?
If this is the kind of report card you give me three months from now, then I can tell you this with full responsibility!
None of you are qualified to pass the probationary period!
Seeing Chen Tai so angry, and with another probationary period warning.
The employees then reluctantly left the supermarket to go out onto the street and solicit customers.
The employee who dared to tell Chen Tai the truth also turned and left upon seeing this.
"Stop! What are you doing?" Chen Tai turned around and shouted.
"I'm going to attract customers, didn't you say so, manager?" the shop assistant said somewhat discontentedly.
"I'm talking about you guys, it has nothing to do with you."
You're fired! Now you can go home and play on your phone as long as you want, you piece of trash!
