Aina kept staring at him, somewhat lost in thought.
"Mr. Irving, come in."
"Cough cough."
After coughing twice, Irving pushed open the door and entered, jokingly asking, "Mr. Mike, are you satisfied?"
“Yes, the name ‘Mo Bath House’ is truly fitting,” Baker nodded.
"Hahaha." Owen laughed, "I have a lot of confidence in our service. You go wait at the door, I have something to discuss with Mr. Mike alone."
"Okay, boss."
The second half of the sentence was addressed to Aina, and after bowing, he closed the door for the two of them.
Irving's gaze returned to Baker, as did Baker's.
"Mr. Irving, what have you thought about my request?"
Irving nodded and said, "I just did the math. If you give me a 20% discount, do you know how much you'll lose?"
"Know."
Baker, of course, had done his homework, and slowly raised two fingers.
"That's right."
Irving cautioned, "This is no small sum. How can Mr. Mike be sure that the information I provide will satisfy you and allow me to receive this discount?"
Baker knew that Irving had taken the bait, but you can't force a fish to bite, especially when it's a big one.
“This is not my judgment,” Baker said slowly. “It’s my network; he’s the one responsible for judging whether it’s worthwhile.”
"If you agree, I need to ask him what kind of information he wants first, or I can lead you to meet him."
Irving nodded: "Then I'll leave it to you. I still prefer to work with Mr. Mike."
