God avoids...
That was Roger's technique, but Roger only used Armament Haki back then. Now Shanks is using Conqueror's Haki, which is even more capable of destroying the enemy's will.
If Kuro hadn't used Xuanwu to block it first, he might have really been in trouble from that sudden attack.
However, the advantage of air-to-ground communication will not change.
"Just a death throes!"
As Kuro reached out, he made the Golden Lion fly even higher, making it almost a tiny dot in everyone's eyes.
Suddenly, many black dots appeared in the gloomy sky.
"Come on, please me!" Kuro shouted.
Those standing on the sampan below all narrowed their eyes as the black dot rapidly approached, transforming into a large number of swords, spears, halberds, and black guns, all falling from the sky and heading towards them.
Bang!
Ben Beckman fired the first shot, shattering a knife into pieces. However, against the overwhelming barrage of weapons, his attack, though powerful, could only hit one at a time.
That's way too many!
“Shanks!” Ben Beckman called out.
"I know..."
Shanks nodded solemnly, took a deep breath, and once again felt the Conqueror's Haki gathering around him, as if black lines were converging on his sword.
"Gods, beware!"
He swung his sword again, and the weapons falling from the sky were completely shattered by this strike. The weapons that had been falling like a mountain were reduced by more than half in an instant, but the gap was immediately filled by even more weapons.
Shanks moved his sword to his side again and swung it once more, obliterating all the weapons that filled the gap once more.
Kuro glanced at the sky and saw a golden ball descending from above. It was a long gold bar that floated in front of Kuro.
Those were gold bars covered in Luo Gui's clothes!
Upon seeing that thing, Shanks and Beckman also showed serious expressions.
If Kuro were to use this weapon, things would be disastrous.
However, Kuro was not in a hurry.
To deal with the Four Emperors, you have to simmer them slowly, mainly by grinding and boiling.
But one thing is obvious: Shanks is definitely not going to escape this time!
"Tsk, how much stamina do you have?"
He sneered, then reached out again, and the weapon fell from the sky once more, hurtling down on Shanks and the others.
How many times can he unleash such a move?
To be precise, how many days can he play?
Kuro has plenty of time...
"wrong!"
Kuro raised an eyebrow and looked at Shanks, "Are you fucking picking on me? You want to stall me for time so I won't go to Wano Country?"
At that moment, Shanks swung his sword again, obliterating a portion of the weapon falling from the sky, and looked up with a smile, saying, "I believe in Luffy, he will win."
"Oh ho, so you still say you're not a nanny? You've really gone this far with your nanny duties, you're the first one I've ever seen. But Shanks..."
Kuro's expression gradually turned serious. He reached out and slowly probed towards the gold bar. "You will die!"
"Though times change, people's dreams remain. You may think I'm dead, but I believe this will continue to be passed down," Shanks said solemnly.
"What nonsense are you spouting..."
Kuro sighed. "I don't want to kill you, really. You're the only one I don't really want to do. As a pirate, you know your limits. If all pirates in the world were as easy to deal with as you, the Navy would be much more at ease. But pirates are pirates after all. To us Navy, you will eventually disappear. What's the use of you stopping me here? After I kill you, I will still go to Wano Country."
But Kuro had to admit that he seemed to have been tricked.
This is a damn well-intentioned but ultimately deliberate scheme.
This guy intercepted me because he was prepared to trade his life for time. Even if I won, I'd probably be weakened because the opponent is one of the Four Emperors.
As one of the Four Emperors, he certainly possesses combat strength.
He weakened himself, which will give him a better chance when he arrives in Wano Country.
The best course of action at this point is to use your own abilities to bypass him and head directly to Wano Country.
But that's useless. Once he retreats, Shanks will definitely follow, and he'll be in more trouble on land. Kuro won't have the advantage he has now.
and...
"You've figured out my personality, and you think I won't let you off the hook, right?" Kuro asked.
Shanks smiled slightly: "Well, who knows?"
Kuro stared at him for a moment, then shook his head. He stretched out his arm to grab the gold bar that had already been untied. As the gold bar unraveled in a spiral, the dark gold hilt of a knife was revealed.
"Bolo bolo bolo..."
Just then, his Den Den Mushi rang.
Kuro frowned, looked at the Den Den Mushi on his wristwatch, and then glanced at Shanks.
"Why don't we take it?" Shanks chuckled.
"You're quite capable..."
Kuro opened the watch case and answered the Den Den Mushi.
"Kuro!"
The Den Den Mushi emitted a deep, resonant voice that Kuro had encountered before.
He is one of the Five Elders, the old man with a map on his head.
"Give up on dealing with Red-Haired Shanks, he's useful to us!" the old man with the map shouted.
"Really..." Kuro sighed, glanced at Shanks with a confident smile, and said, "I'm afraid that won't work. He's blocking my way. Going to Wano Country was your decision, right? Now you want me to give up going to Wano Country?"
"Of course we can't give up, but don't get entangled with the redhead; there's no point in getting entangled with him." The voice changed again; it was the long-bearded old man.
