Chapter 1182 A staunch materialist fears nothing!

"Kuro, you brat, don't be so arrogant!"

After Kuro stepped into this area, Charlotte Linlin let out a strange roar at him, clenched her fists, and white flames shot out, directly transforming into the surge of souls from before.

"This awakened power is still no match for me! Soul Tremor - Soul Channel!!"

Bang!

Her fist slammed violently forward, blasting a clear path through the chaotic air in front of her, a dense swarm like the buzzing of bees, carrying the cry of 'Mama'.

Kuro was taken aback. Charlotte Linlin's giant-like body came to a heavy halt in front of the blasted-open soul path, and she actually managed to walk on air.

"Wei Kingdom!!"

With her feet firmly planted on the ground, Charlotte Linlin gripped her swords in both hands and unleashed a shockwave at Kuro, briefly breaking apart the chaotic air.

Kuro dodged the attack by sidestepping, staring in astonishment at Charlotte Linlin's feet. "Homies?"

He had just noticed that the old woman had somehow brought the surrounding air to life, which was why she had blocked his attack.

"This kind of usage, isn't it worthy of being called one of the Four Emperors?" Kuro exclaimed in admiration.

"ah!!!"

Charlotte Linlin roared again, almost as soon as Kuro dodged the aura, she punched him on the head, opening a soul portal above his head, and then gestured, "Anemi!"

"Mother!"

The Homies of the Wind felt that they could control their form and excitedly descended from the sky, circling around Charlotte Linlin.

Bang!

Immediately afterwards, she punched behind her again, and her soul exploded outwards, enveloping her few remaining children and holding them up with air homies, preventing them from running around.

Charlotte Linlin's white flames flared even more fiercely, her fiery hair dancing wildly as she snarled, "Kuro brat, you're still a long way from catching me!"

Kuro chuckled, "Ah... I'm not that reckless. I'm just giving it a try, what if?"

The desire to annihilate the entire enemy is wonderful, but Kuro doesn't have much hope for it. If it succeeds, great; if it fails, it's not a loss. He was just here to pick up the scraps anyway.

Charlotte Linlin was indeed injured, but her injuries were far less severe than those of the Supernovas. Kuro didn't believe he could catch her like that...

laugh!

Kuro swung his sword again. The combination of his killing intent domain and awakening allowed him to attack at will. This strike was still indiscriminate, aimed at everyone, but Kuro's attention was focused on Charlotte Linlin.

The small space that was completely out of Kuro's control and almost rivaled his domain was cleaved in two by this slash. Before it could recover, the cleaved air was squeezed in by the chaotic air that had been eyeing it from the outside, and then mixed together with it, becoming chaotic as well.

Just as Kuro was about to strike again, he saw white flames suddenly erupt from Charlotte Linlin's children, filling the surrounding air and transforming them into Homies.

"Mom, Mom..." Perospero's voice was weak as he stared in terror at the giant in front of him.

Their own spiritual energy was awakened.

"Shut up! My soul isn't for this..."

Charlotte Lingling gripped Napoleon's hand tightly, then stretched out her other hand and grabbed directly behind her, shouting, "One year!"

"Mother!"

Perospero made an aggressive cry, but the sound quickly turned into a muffled groan. His eyes rolled back briefly, and his body thrust forward. Like his other children, he exuded a soul aura and was held in Charlotte Linlin's hand.

She touched Napoleon's sword with her soul, and the white flames on the giant sword burned even brighter. The flames spread outwards, as if igniting the air and expelling the disordered air. The air was pulsating actively, emitting a rhythmic melody, as if calling out "Mama," but when combined, it created an indescribable and eerie feeling.

The concept of "soul" can be used well to create a fairy tale, but used poorly, it becomes a horror movie...

Amidst this eerie music, Charlotte Linlin swung her knives behind her back, her tongue lolling out, her face contorted in a more ferocious grimace, and with the flames raging, she resembled a witch.

"Kuro, you brat, I'm not someone you can bully!"

As soon as she finished speaking, she charged forward, her body surrounded by white flames that ignited the air, allowing her to move freely as she charged directly at Kuro, slashing down heavily with her sword.

"Mighty Nation - Soul Burning!!"

With a single slash, the air around the blade stirred and emitted eerie sounds in the wake of the cut.

Boom!!!

The abyss beneath the surface also roared because of this strike, and the seawater that had been lifted into the air by the chaotic air flowed back into it.

But soon, those tiny souls that had become active from the slashes burst into white flames, burned directly, and vanished without a trace.

"Why are you dodging, you brat, Kuro!"

Charlotte Linlin turned her head, her expression frantic, "Weren't you going to catch me?!"

Kuro had already disappeared from his original spot and was now floating above Charlotte Linlin's side.

"Do you think I'm stupid?"

Kuro rolled his eyes. "Your move had such a strong soul aura, what are you trying to do? Burn my soul while you're at it?"

Not to mention that his strength was no match for this old woman, it would be unwise to take a blow from her head. Even if he managed to withstand it, Kuro had a premonition that his fate would not be good.
