Comoric Island, Dominican Republic.
This is the island that Kuro destroyed with the Buster Call, and it was also the island abandoned by the Dominican Kingdom.
A group of orphans appeared on this island at some unknown time. They came from all over the world and the first half of the Grand Line. They were orphans whose families were destroyed by war, pirates, or other kingdom policies.
Where there are people, there will naturally be people to be attracted.
Although abandoned, as a large island, it still retains many buildings and attracts many people. Relying on orphans, a new town has been formed and has begun to show signs of life.
The town is situated in a natural harbor on the coast of Comorlik. At this moment, a group of children are running and playing in the town's streets, their joyful laughter echoing.

In the center of town, there was a huge manor with many children, and a group of children were gathered in a circle.
Inside the circle, a middle-aged or elderly man dressed in ordinary clothes and wearing sunglasses was squatting there, fiddling with a huge telescope in front of him.
A child stared longingly at the telescope. "Grandpa Headmaster, is it ready yet?"

The person referred to as the headmaster was fiddling with it, and subconsciously pouted: "This telescope is too big, it's hard to fix, it's a really big telescope, how scary."
"Hurry up, Grandpa Headmaster! We want to see the stars before nightfall. You know, the stars in the sky are so beautiful!" a little girl said expectantly.
A chubby little boy exclaimed in surprise, "Hey? You can see the stars?"
"Shut up! It's all your fault! You broke it! I haven't seen a star in so long, and you ruined it!" the little girl said angrily.

The chubby boy scratched his head apologetically, "I was frightened because I didn't see any stars, but I saw a huge, dark thing that was moving, which scared me to death."
"Hmph!" The little girl crossed her arms and turned her head away.
Just then, the headmaster fiddled with it for a bit and suddenly said, "Oh~ it seems to be fixed."
The little girl exclaimed in surprise, "Really?!"
The kindergarten director stood up, his eyes crinkling behind his brown sunglasses, and reached out to pat the little girl's head: "A few parts inside were broken, but they're fixed now. Come and take a look."
The little girl pressed herself against the huge telescope, and the chubby boy instinctively moved closer, holding the telescope steady and adjusting the angle.
"Really! It's really working! I can see the sky!" the little girl exclaimed excitedly. "Turn it a little closer, a little lower, I want to see the others!"
The chubby boy, holding onto the mirror, slowly moved it downwards, listening to the little girl's laughter: "The ocean is clearly visible too, the ocean..."
Suddenly, the little girl stopped abruptly, her head leaving the telescope, her face turning deathly pale.
"A monster?!"
"Hmm?" The headmaster opened his eyes slightly.
"There's a monster, Grandpa Headmaster!"
The little girl jumped up and cried out in terror, "A huge monster is coming this way!"
"monster?"
The headmaster leaned over, adjusted the binoculars, glanced inside, then paused slightly, saying kindly, "No, you must be mistaken. The binoculars probably aren't fixed yet; some parts aren't complete. Let me adjust them a bit more..."
"But I really saw it!" The little girl was almost crying.
"How could that be? Hmm... Look at this."
The headmaster took out a small part from the binoculars and deliberately lowered his hand so that the group of children would huddle together with their heads down.
In his hand was a screw.
Just as they lowered their heads, the principal suddenly stretched out his other hand, with his index finger pointing forward. A laser beam was instantly emitted from his index finger, breaking through in an instant and heading straight for the sea.
Only then did he put his finger down, pick up the screw, and bump it against the telescope.
"Alright, let's take another look now," the headmaster said with a smile.
The little girl peered through the binoculars with a hint of disbelief, then looked out at the sea and exclaimed excitedly, "It really is! It's fixed, there are no more monsters! But Grandpa Headmaster, why is the sea a little red?"
"It's probably just been repaired; it'll be fine in a while."
The headmaster pouted, "A telescope that keeps having strange problems is really scary."
"Grandpa Kindergarten Director..."
The little girl looked up, her eyes filled with wonder: "I saw people flying in the air. Is the telescope broken again?"
"Yes, that's right," the headmaster said with a smile.
The little girl looked over again and said, "But Grandpa Headmaster, that person is getting closer and closer, he's already here..."

As soon as she finished speaking, a shockwave from a cloud of air filled the air above them, and a man wearing a white cloak and a gold suit appeared above them, hovering and slowly descending.
"It's him, the one who can fly!" the little girl shouted, pointing at the man. "He's here! You're not mistaken!"
