In the air, Kuro continued to fly, the treasure vault forever with him.
Kuro didn't know what time it was, but he could tell that two days had passed by the time he saw two sunrises and sunsets.
Kuro looked at the azure sky. The sky hadn't been completely clear these past two days; there had been storms and thunderstorms, but all of that had been blocked by this air mass.
He lay on the air, wanting to light a cigar, but when he reached into his pocket, he found he was out of stock.
"That damn Capone Becky, he looks like a boss, but he doesn't carry many cigars, and they're awful."
Kuro muttered something to himself, then stared blankly at the sky. After a long while, his voice echoed in the air.
"So boring..."
He had been flying for two days. Although he could break through, he didn't want to because the past two days had been too boring. He had been contemplating life and had come to think of some things.
The straw hat was swatted away to Amazon Lily, and Kuro remembered that he was in the straw hat's position at that moment. In other words, according to the original plan, he would have been swatted away to Amazon Lily by Kuma.
Daughter Island!
Amazon Lily, also known as Nine Snake Island.
That legendary country.
They were all women!
And everyone has a snake on their body.
A snake!
He's clinging to those cute, curvy women...
Just thinking about it is so exciting!
Most importantly, it is home to Boa Hancock, the empress known as the most beautiful woman in the world!
What decent person doesn't look at beautiful women? Are people who don't look at beautiful women decent people?
Despicable!
Kuro isn't despicable; he wants to see.
So even though he was a little hungry, he endured it, wanting to go and see the mysterious Women's Island.
For no other reason than to watch.
Yes, really!
With this expectation, Kuro continued to fly inside the air mass, waiting for the sun to rise and the moon to set again, and finally, he arrived at a vast ocean.
Just as the air mass was about to plunge into the sea, Kuro was startled. He drew his sword and cleaved the air mass in two, stopping himself on the surface of the sea.
He floated on the surface of the sea, his face looking rather pale.
Luckily I had my floaty bag, otherwise I would have fallen into the water.
No... it's okay to plant it in water if there's no fruit.
He looked around, then tilted his head, staring at the empty sea as far as his eyes could see: "Where's Daughter Island?"
Kuro stroked his chin and murmured, "Could it be that my physical abilities are different from the straw hat's, so I only flew to the surface of the sea?"
He slowly rose up, floating to a high place, where he could finally see the outline of an island.
Upon seeing the island, Kuro's eyes lit up, and he flew straight towards it.
Daughter Island, here I come!
As Kuro flew closer, the island's appearance gradually came into view. It was an island with jagged rocks and an unusual number of peaks, most of which were located on the island's edge.
At the very center of the island lies a lush grassland with a river flowing alongside it. There sits a small town with a stone gate at the entrance, like a signboard, with the words "Nine Snakes" written at the top.
The moment he saw the words, Kuro's face turned to excitement. He swooped down from the sky to the gate, then his expression turned strange.
An elderly man, leaning on a cane and walking unsteadily, was being helped forward by a little girl.
They saw Kuro fall right then and there, their faces filled with astonishment.
"It flew over!" the little girl said blankly.
Kuro was also surprised, because the old man... was a man.
Moreover, this place seems a bit too dilapidated.
Kuro looked around, then asked again, unwilling to give up, "Is this Kuja?"
The little girl nodded instinctively, "This is Kusa."
Kuro: "Euphorbia?"
Little girl: "Nine Serpents Town."
Kuro: "..."
Amazon Lily wasn't photographed...
Speaking of which, when he deliberately blocked the straw hat earlier, did the bear exert more force at that moment?
Are you afraid you won't be able to swat me away or something?
"Fine, Nine Serpents it is. It's all 'Nine Serpents' anyway. I can brag to Kro about how I got photographed in Nine Serpents."
Kuro said with a hint of sourness, "Anyway, I'm face-blind, so I don't know if a woman is pretty or not."
Since we're going to be swatted away anyway, it doesn't matter where we go, as long as we can escape from the top.
"Coo coo—"
A rumbling sound came from my abdomen.
Kuro patted his stomach and looked at the little girl, saying, "Um, can I mooch a meal? I'll pay you back later."
"navy?!"
At this moment, the trembling old man with drooping eyelids cried out in surprise, his voice so loud that it seemed the whole town could hear him.
The old man instantly threw away his cane, grabbed the little girl, and ran towards the town at a speed that didn't seem like he needed to be helped.
Then, a clanging sound rang out throughout the town.
The doors of the house were opened one by one, and a large number of people appeared, each holding a weapon, either a sword or a gun, all staring nervously at Kuro.
What's this for?
Kuro glanced at his navy cloak. This place... the navy is really annoying.
A group of people gradually approached Kuro, partially surrounding him.
A burly man, brandishing a pistol, snarled, "Damn it, why is the navy here at a time like this?!"
"They weren't satisfied with just capturing Ace, do they really want to invade our territory at this time?!"
"Despicable navy, are they trying to kill us now?! How dare they!"
