"Straw Hat Boy!"
Although his weapon was broken, Kuro still had his hands and feet. Seeing the Straw Hat Boy rushing towards him, he went to meet him.
"Lightning-fast shave!"
He sped up, becoming a blur as he rushed towards Luffy, raising his finger and thrusting a finger gun at him.

With a cry of pain from Luffy, the finger pierced his shoulder, drawing out a slick of blood.
"Tch, did you dodge it? I was aiming for the heart."
Kuro withdrew his finger and thrust it towards Luffy's chest again.
"Ballet Boxing Technique: Toe Kick!"
A sound suddenly rang out nearby, and a figure appeared between him and Luffy. Kuro tilted his head back as if he had been hit hard, and then felt a pain in his chest, and was knocked back more than ten meters away.
Kro steadied himself, touched his slightly reddened chin, and stared intently at the figure that had appeared in front of the straw hat. "That's..."
The person in front of him was wearing a prison uniform with green eyeshadow around his eyes. He struck a pose and shouted at Kuro, "I won't let you lay a hand on Luffy, wayo!"
"I remember you."
Kro nodded and said, "Did the people from Alabasta escape too? But what's with that speed?"
That person is Mr. 2, Crocodile's subordinate.
Are you surprised by my speed?
Von Clay spun around like a swan, his spinning speed noticeably increasing—an abnormally fast speed, as if he were being accelerated.
"Because I've been sped up, oh my!"
Von Clay held up three fingers, winked, and said, "Three times the speed that Frank Jr. gave me, that's pretty fast, wow!"
"Frank?"
Kuro paused for a moment. He had heard the name before. "Is it that pirate with 98 million bounty, 'Frank the Swift'?"
"What do you mean by 98 million!"
Bang!
As the words were spoken, a gunshot rang out.
"Iron block!"
Kro was startled and quickly steadied himself. The lead bullet hit him, sending sparks flying.
A group of pirates approached, their leader brandishing a gun and arrogantly declaring to Kuro, "I am now 'Mad Frank.' A mere bounty is not enough to deter me. The Marine Headquarters should reassess me!"
"That's right! Lord Frank is a notorious pirate who dared to attack high-ranking officers in the Navy. His bounty will definitely increase!"
"This is Lord Franky, the 'Pirate Hero'! Aren't you afraid, Marines?!"
The pirates were shouting and looking at Frank with admiration.
Frank smiled and said to von Clay, "So, how about joining me now?"
"Little Frank, although I am very grateful to you for saving me, I already have someone I want to follow. Lord Ivankov is my idol, so I can only apologize. However, our friendship will never change!"
Von Klay gave Frank a thumbs up, grinning and revealing a gleaming smile of his teeth.
"Friendship, huh... fine. If you're not comfortable with Ivankov, my door is always open for you!"
Frank smiled, then suddenly opened his hand, and a ball of light descended upon Luffy beside him. "Straw Hat, I've given you a speed boost. Go do what you want to do!"
Luffy shook hands, feeling the surrounding environment slow down considerably, and smiled at Franky: "Thanks, Franky!"
As he spoke, he ran straight ahead, his speed noticeably increasing slightly, just like von Clay's.
"Next..."
Frank looked at Kuro, clenched his fist, and all the pirates around him were tripled in speed. He smiled smugly: "Can you handle all of us pirates by yourself? Go!"
"Lord Frank has given us the strength to take down that navy!"
The pirates rushed forward, their speed causing Kuro to instinctively retreat. If he were surrounded by so many people, he probably wouldn't fare well.
Bang!
Just as he was preparing to retreat, he saw the group of pirates rushing towards him being knocked away by a large object that he couldn't tell what it was.
The object was emanating an unknown aura, causing the surrounding space to distort.
Kro looked closely and exclaimed in surprise, "Cass?"
Beneath that distorted space, the large object was clearly a group of naval personnel led by Cass.
They then completed their basic first aid and returned to the battlefield.
Cass said with a serious expression, "Mr. Kro, I'll handle this!"
Kro's expression was somewhat strange; he had a feeling that these navy men no longer resembled human beings...
"Hey, who are you?" Frank asked with an unfriendly expression as he saw his pirates being pushed aside.
"I am Cass, a Marine, and my goal is to become Mr. Kuro's strongest shield!" Cass looked at Frank without fear.
"Never heard of that name." Frank pursed his lips, about to say something, when suddenly, another group of pirates approached from the side.
"Hahaha, Frank, you've been stopped by a bunch of little sailors."
Buggy led his pirates over and mocked Frank.
"Bucky..."
Frank's face immediately darkened. "What are you doing here?"
This person was actually a little afraid inside.
Those are crew members of the Pirate King, and they just formed an alliance with Whitebeard. Even Whitebeard has to treat them with caution, so he dares not underestimate them.
"Frank, I've allied with Whitebeard, you heard that? I'm here to ask you if you want to join the alliance and deal with the Navy first," Bucky said.
