"Shiryu of the Rain?"
Kuro looked down from the air and happened to see Shiryu looking at him. In just one glance, they both understood each other's type.
They are the same type.
"A master of Iaijutsu?" Shiryu asked in surprise. "I've never seen a Marine like this before. Is he a new recruit?"
"Don't underestimate him, Shiryu. Keep an eye on him for me. That man is not to be underestimated."
Teach looked up at Kuro in the sky, a hint of longing flashing in his eyes, and murmured, "That ability isn't bad either."
Boom!!!
No sooner had he finished speaking than the execution platform he was standing on was blasted to pieces.
“Teach, you are the only one who is unworthy to be my son.”
Whitebeard slammed the execution platform down with a punch, sending Teach to the same level as him. He clenched his fist and said, "Only you, I will personally end this and avenge Thatch."
Upon hearing this, Teach remained silent for a moment, then suddenly burst into loud laughter: "You're old, you can't even save a comrade about to be executed, and I haven't even killed him yet... I joined your pirate crew when I was twelve, sincerely respecting and admiring you, even thinking that if I couldn't find what I wanted, following you for the rest of my life wouldn't be so bad, but old man..."
Teach's eyes widened, and he shouted, "A person's dream never ends! I have my own dream too. Blame Satchel! According to the ship's rules, whoever finds the Devil Fruit first gets to keep it. I didn't want this either, but he's blocking my dream, so I have no choice but to do this!"
Teach stretched out a hand, his fingers filled with dense darkness. "Dad, look at this ability of mine..."
"This is a bit troublesome, Mr. Sengoku..."
Kuro flew to the vicinity of Sengoku and looked over there. "Shouldn't we just leave it be?"
Sengoku was silent for a moment, then said, "Let's first take down the Whitebeard Pirates. Kuro, don't just stand here, go after the pirates."
As he spoke, he glanced at Blackbeard again, "What's going on with that group?"
A group of almost legendary pirates are not so easy to deal with. It would be a loss to spend energy dealing with them.
The strategic objective is not with them, and judging from their posture, they want to deal with Whitebeard, so let them do it; it will relieve some of the pressure.
"We'll arrest these escaped criminals after this is over," Sengoku said.
"Well..."
Kuro shrugged and walked forward, preparing to find a place to paddle.
Suddenly, a cold light appeared around Kuro.
when!
Kuro instantly drew his sword, making contact with a white blade.
That was Shiliu.
"Oh? A black knife? That's a rare item."
Shiryu, holding Thunderstorm, exhaled a puff of smoke at Kuro. "But this black sword is Autumn Water, isn't it? You didn't forge it yourself. Are you the kind of man without any backbone?"
"Hey, you just come up here and start attacking, then ask them how the knife is, is that...?"
Kuro's figure swayed and instantly appeared behind Shiryu, slashing at him with his sword.
"Too willful?"
when!
Without hesitation, Shiryu turned around and blocked the attack with his sword, taking a half-step back. He laughed and said, "I had no choice. Teach told me to keep an eye on you. He thinks you're a threat."
Kuro glanced at Teach, who was fighting Whitebeard, and said, "I have no designs on you guys."
Whitebeard was destined to die, Ace was executed, and the Navy's casualties weren't as high as expected—that's enough.
"In short, let's have a fight."
Shiryu sheathed Thunderstorm with a backhand and unleashed a swift slash.
when!
Kuro blocked the thunder and rain with one sword, forcing it back, and raised his other hand, "Viper."
Instantly, a wave of stone rose from the ground in front of him and pressed down on Shiryu.
Sizzle!
The stone wave was easily sliced open, and Shiryu emerged from the gap in the stone. However, at that moment, a black blade of light appeared above him.
Bang!
The powerful force slammed Shiryu to the ground, leaving a footprint with his feet.
He raised his head, the thunder and rain obscuring Qiu Shui, and grinned maliciously at Kuro in the sky: "Your blood, when it blooms, will surely be a beautiful sight."
"It's never going to end..."
Kuro smacked his lips, then spread his fingers on his other hand, causing the ground beneath Shiryu's feet to automatically sink. Without a foothold, Shiryu's body began to sink.
Just as he was about to strike, as if sensing something, he flicked his finger, and [Sakura Ten] and [Wood Dry] instantly flew out and blocked his way.
when!
A bullet struck the two swords that were crossed in a defensive formation, causing the swords to vibrate.
brush!
Below, Shiryu nonchalantly swung his sword at Kuro, as if he intended to trade injury for injury.
Kuro flew straight up and hovered in the air, dodging Shiryu's attack. He then looked into the distance, where a cold-looking man wearing one-way glasses was holding a spear and aiming it at him.
Bang bang bang!
Van Augur aimed at Kuro and fired continuously, the bullets whistling through the air.
when!
Kuro dodged a few shots, then swung his sword, cleaving a bullet that was coming right in front of him. The force of the blow made his arm tremble.
"Did you add an aura of dominance...?" A hint of seriousness appeared in his pupils.
The bullet was not only fast, but also incredibly powerful.
Suddenly, a huge shadow loomed over him from behind. Before Kuro could react, several more bullets were fired, immobilizing him.
Bang!
Kuro dodged the bullets, turned around and slashed with his sword, a flash of electricity crackling on the blade.
