As he walked out of the palace, Kuro looked back and sighed, "We don't need this place anymore. I'll leave it as a memento for you."
With a flick of his wrist, the island that had just been split and sunk in the sea rose up and flipped over again. Sure enough, there was no one left in the town. The moment those people lost their abilities, they turned to ashes just like Rice.
With a flick of his finger, several islands soared into the sky.
Inventory +1.
"There's still one person whose problem hasn't been solved."
He closed his eyes, and his Observation Haki began to spread. The madness was gone, and finding someone wouldn't be too difficult.
"They can run pretty fast, they crossed the border so quickly?"
Kuro opened his eyes and sneered in a certain direction: "Too bad, your Spitro isn't as fast as me."
His figure rippled out like waves and disappeared from the spot.
On land far from the borders of the Kingdom of Tada, the girl ran, glancing back every now and then. She saw large tracts of land, along with the towering city walls, flying into the sky, and sweat beaded on her forehead.
"Hehehe, it was definitely the right decision to run away. With this strength, even that shut-in wouldn't be a match for him. What a pity, he was an interesting person who brought me a lot of fun."
call out!
Two black dots streaked across the sky.
This made the running girl's pupils shrink. "No way..."
Bang!
The two short, broadswords, 【Sakura Ten】 and 【Wood Dry】, struck her from one behind, their blades sinking halfway into the ground and trembling slightly.
"You vile woman, where do you think you're going?"
Kuro appeared in the sky, a cigar in his mouth, looking down at the black-haired girl.
It was Sipatia.
"Hehehe... Are you trying to wipe us out, young navy officer? I'm not a pirate, you know," Sipatia chuckled.
"call..."
Kuro exhaled a puff of smoke. "Does that kind of thing matter?"
"That's really awful! Can't you just let me off the hook?"
Sipatia put on a pitiful look, "I'm just a little girl being used."
"sure."
Kuro said calmly, "I'll allow you to run a few more kilometers and see if your speed is faster or my sword is faster."
A large number of weapons descended from the sky, surrounding Kuro. The cold glint on the weapons was chilling.
Sipatia's eyes darted around, and she laughed, "Hehehe, I already told you, I can teleport, why bother with all this useless effort?"
"The opposite of the opposite is the correct one."
These words caused Sipatia's expression to change.
Kuro didn't answer her directly, but continued, "The ability of double negation is indeed quite good. This power has allowed you to take down quite a few people like Gugas, hasn't it?"
"You're different from Rice. Although he eventually became a monster, he still possessed a human heart. As for you..."
Kuro's eyes flashed with murderous intent. "The more I look at you, the more I feel that you're just wearing a human skin."
Boom boom boom!
A barrage of weapons rained down, engulfing Sipatia's body and creating numerous craters in the ground.
As the smoke cleared, Sipatia lay on the ground, covered in blood.
Unlike before, this time she faced a greater number of weapons on her own, and she couldn't dodge them at all before being pierced through the body.
"Heh, heh heh...blood."
At this moment, Cipatia's face was contorted with rage beneath the bloodstains. She reached out to Kuro, seemingly wanting to grab him. "It's such a pity I can't get your blood."
"Is this what you're thinking about even on your deathbed? You're even more confused than Kaido."
"Kaido? One of the Four Emperors, huh? Hehehe, looks like a big shot. You didn't lose unjustly, but you didn't win either."
Sipatia struggled to lift her head and look at the large empty section of the ocean.
"The Kingdom of Tada, didn't it still turn to ashes? To destroy a country and feel its despair, it's truly... amazing!"
Her legs were intertwined, making strange noises, and her face was noticeably flushed.
"So, it was you who did those who weren't cursed, wasn't it?" Kuro asked coldly.
"That's right!"
Sipatia grinned maliciously: "I am an 'anti-anti person' who ate the 'anti-anti fruit'. If I tell a lie and others deny it, it becomes the truth."
"The original plan was for that 'gatekeeper' Gugas, along with other powerful figures within the kingdom, to eliminate the cursed monsters in order to protect innocent people."
"That's so foolish. What kind of revenge is that? So, I kindly helped him out. Thanks to my abilities, they attacked indiscriminately. Hehehe..."
Kuro's face darkened as he listened to Sipatia's words.
This was the first time he had encountered genuine, chaotic evil. He loved chaos, he loved despair, he loved bloodshed. This was pure evil, without a trace of impurity.
He was now certain that Rice, Absolun, and Gugas were all just her toys. This woman had no real purpose; she simply wanted to see chaos.
In terms of sheer evil, even the world's pirates are child's play compared to her.
"I will not die."
Sipatia smiled at Kuro and said maniacally, "Even if you kill me now, I will still be resurrected. As long as despair exists, I will live, live forever."
"Slice the Waves".
Kuro unleashed a golden slash that engulfed Sipatia's body, turning her into ashes.
"Trying to trap me even as you're dying, do you really think I'm stupid?" Kuro said disdainfully.
