Today, in the town of Logue, there are executions, gales, torrential rain, clamor, and executions.
What's the deal with pirates executing each other?
The Navy's execution of pirates is what truly counts as execution!
Those pirates who took advantage of the chaos to plunder were all killed by Kuro.
"One-Sword Style: Da Brahma".
On another street, before the fleeing pirates could even run, a figure flashed past and appeared in front of them.
Ignoring the head that was rising up behind him, Kuro swung his blade and slashed through the door, causing a pool of blood to spill out.
He flicked his sword, letting the raindrops wash away the blood on the blade, and looked at a green-haired man trembling in the alley.
The green-haired creature curled up, its hands covering its head, hiding behind a trash can, trembling and muttering, "You can't see me, you can't see me."
He vaguely sensed a presence in front of him, looked up, let out a strange cry, and crawled back several meters.
"I'm not a pirate, I'm not!"
It has a tall, green airplane-shaped head, two black marks hanging from the corners of its bull-eye eyes all the way to its temples, and a large mouth with a mouthful of sharp teeth when it opens, making people wonder if it has fish-man blood.
Bartolomeo, a gang leader who rules over 150 streets in his territory.
Seeing Kuro looking over, Bartolomeo waved his hands frantically, almost crying, "I'm really not a pirate! Don't kill me!"
Bartolomeo was quite melancholy. He had actually been quite shocked today, having witnessed a scene in Loguetown that he believed would be etched into his life forever. He hadn't even had a chance to process it before the pirate riot broke out.
Let the riots happen; it has little to do with him. As long as his own businesses aren't damaged, that's fine. After all, most of the pirates who rioted were previously under his command.
But soon news came that many pirates had died in the streets, mostly in the streets they controlled, and all of them were headless.
This is outrageous! You can fight your own battles, but how can you disrupt his territory? Some of them are even his underlings.
Bartolomeo angrily began to patrol the streets under his control, determined to find the culprit.
And then he actually found it.
Then he felt that he had added another scene to his life.
Are you kidding me!
He couldn't see the figure or the move at all. All he knew was that the navy man in the black coat moved with lightning speed and slashed with his sword, and everyone's heads were gone. It made his neck go cold!
There's no way to deal with this kind of person!
Even if he erected the barrier he was so proud of, he felt it was all for naught.
"Then don't be a pirate, just stick to your promising career as a gangster."
Kuro glanced at him and continued forward.
Only when the footsteps faded into the distance did Bartolomeo cautiously peek out. Once he was sure the other person was gone, he breathed a sigh of relief and collapsed to the ground.
His body was covered in cold sweat.
After lying there for a while, he sat up, looked at the headless corpses lying haphazardly on the small street, gritted his teeth, and said with a hint of fear, "Monster!"
...
"I'm starving!"
Lida punched a fleeing pirate to the ground, swallowed hard, and felt a rumbling in her stomach that made her crave food.
But she didn't dare.
She had never seen Kuro in that form before, and she had seen quite a few headless pirate corpses along the way. If they had cut corners, it would feel very bad.
She had been maintaining this form for a while, and even without going all out, the consumption of energy was still considerable.
Although she is a Devil Fruit user and the energy she absorbs makes her more courageous in battle, it doesn't mean she's not hungry.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have gone hungry for several years.
"Hey, Chloe, hurry up!"
Lida kicked a pirate who was running past her away and shouted at Kuro, who was not far away.
"shave!"
Kuro rushed to a pirate and tore five deep, bone-revealing wounds into his chest with his claws.
Many pirates hadn't even had a chance to take hostages yet; the Navy was dealing with these pirates. They were supposed to capture them alive, but when Kuro thought of his boss's face, which was cold enough to freeze someone to death, he didn't dare to grab him. Killing him was the quickest way to save time.
He glanced up and saw Smoker turn into smoke and fly past.
"Tch, it's really convenient to be a Devil Fruit user." Kro scoffed, continuing to hunt down pirates.
Smoker, who was in the air, was actually more surprised; from the air, he saw things more clearly.
A street...
Two streets...
Three streets...
He saw at least seven streets, all littered with headless corpses.
"This kid's really angry. Is he the kind of guy who cares about ordinary people...?"
Smoker spotted a group of pirates and swooped down towards them.
"When it comes to catching pirates, I won't lose to you!" Smoker thought to himself.
In the street, Kuro was left with a pile of corpses.
He smiled easily, and with his overwhelming aura, he could no longer sense that the pirates who had taken hostages were gone.
The rest can be left to the navy to handle.
Kuro looked down at the military knife in his hand. Without the cover of Haki, the knife had reached its limit. After cutting so many people, it was already cracked all over.
"It seems only a famous sword can withstand my abuse. Ordinary swords are just ordinary swords; they're never easy to use for cutting people."
Kuro casually tossed it aside, took out a cigar from his pocket, lit it, and exhaled smoke.
"Ah...that feels good."
A cigarette afterwards is better than being a Celestial Dragon.
