Kuro thought for a moment, "Stand and watch."
This is the idea of most of the Navy, and also Kuro's idea.
Smoker narrowed his eyes: "Drag came here and then disappeared. I don't know what he came here for. Was it just to release the Straw Hat crew? It doesn't seem like it."
Loguetown doesn't belong to any kingdom, and I haven't heard of any coups in the vicinity.
"Why think about that? That's the government's business, not our navy's. Our duty is to fight pirates, nothing else."
Kuro laughed heartily.
Kuro knew perfectly well what Dragon had come for, and while he understood the commotion caused by that man, he didn't condone it.
The town of Logue has long had its conflicts; even without Dorrag, there would be Lesser Logue. With Smoker gone, the town will inevitably erupt into riots sooner or later.
Kuro understands this, but the reason he can't agree is that, no matter what, no one in this world can truly make him agree.
Kuro looked at Smoker and suddenly asked, "I've heard that there are spectacular sea trains on the Grand Line, but they're only near Water Seven. Why don't they spread all over the world with such a convenient mode of transportation? Wouldn't that be incredibly convenient?"
Smoker flatly denied it, "The Sea Train is not owned by the World Government, it's just a collaboration, and doing so would be too costly. Why are you asking this?"
"Suppose, suppose the Revolutionary Army overthrows the World Government, do you think it will pave the entire world with sea trains?"
Smoker thought for a moment and shook his head.
"So, we'll just stand here and watch," Kuro said with a chuckle.
Smoker frowned. He didn't understand what Kuro meant. What exactly was the relationship between the World Government, the Revolutionary Army, and the Sea Train?
Kuro looked up at the sky with a smile.
Smoker doesn't understand, and no one in this world will understand.
In one world, there is a country that would go to great lengths to bring roads, electricity, and water to even a remote border village with only a hundred inhabitants, just to make life easier for the locals.
That is a sentiment and responsibility for the country and the world.
How could anyone in this world understand, let alone agree with?
In their eyes, having a king who loves his people is already a great blessing.
The revolutionary army's limit was to overthrow those tyrannical countries and then replace them with a 'benevolent' king.
This can be called a revolution?

Smoker's eyes twitched, and he exhaled a puff of smoke, saying to Kuro:
"Straw Hat Boy has run away. I'm heading to the Grand Line to catch him. Kuro, come with me."
"Huh? I have to go to headquarters for training, I don't have time to play with you." Kuro waved his hand, not wanting to get involved.
He just wanted to go to headquarters to hang around for a while, then see if he could make it back to the East China Sea, and then live a safe, uneventful life.
Smoker ignored him and said to a Marine, "Send a telegram to Headquarters. I'm going to the Grand Line. Also, branch warrant officer Lucilfer Kuro, Private Flo Rita, and Private Kuro, who are preparing to go to Headquarters for training, will come with me."
"Hey, you're abusing your power!" Kuro shouted angrily.
"If you don't want me to inform headquarters that you've dealt with the pirates who caused the Loguetown riot, and what your strength is."
Smoker said to Kuro, "Also, I've been abusing my power for a long time. If you don't want to be under my control, go get promoted, you bastard!"
"Would you like to spar with me at the training ground, Smoker?" Kuro clenched his fist.
"No, think about it. If you come with me to the Grand Line, you won't need to lift a finger when you encounter pirates. You can continue to uphold your safe justice."
As a colonel at headquarters, I'll pull some strings for you then, so you can get a promotion and a stable job. Wouldn't that achieve your goal?
Smoker said very quickly.
Fight him? He's not stupid, that would just be asking for trouble.
Kuro paused for a moment after hearing Smoker's words.
This... seems feasible.
"Kro?"
Kuro subconsciously looked at Kro.
“I think it’s a good idea,” Kro nodded.
He had previously suggested that Kuro join a faction.
Kuro knew that Smoker and Aokiji had a good relationship, and with Smoker's help, his wish to return to the East Blue and live a peaceful life might be fulfilled.
"How about going back to the East Blue?" Kuro asked.
"It's hard to say, but it will definitely meet your requirements and be very safe."
"Deal. I'll show you around." Kuro thought for a moment and then confirmed again:
"You said it, a very safe place, preferably one with no pirates nearby."
