"Huh?"
Lida's transformation stunned Kuro. He stared at Lida, then looked at the unconscious Lowe. He finally recognized the familiar feeling emanating from Lowe.
"Lida, you and that man look quite alike."
With the same slightly curly white hair and a very similar face, he was also quite skilled in martial arts. The moves he used showed traces of the Six Styles, which he probably learned from Krona. In other words, he possessed a powerful talent that could be grasped with just a glance.
Judging from their attire, they should be from the Land of Flowers...
What's this thing called?
Kuro pointed at Lowe.
But now, no one is answering him.
Kro and Cass were also unconscious at this time.
"Men, drag them away and treat them. As for this man, bring him an iron chain, the thicker the better, not too thin."
Kuro directed the remaining navy to carry the unconscious navy members away for treatment, while the rest of the navy began to search for the iron chain.
These physical experts who aren't superpowered are the most difficult to deal with, and even if you defeat them, they're not easy to capture.
Ordinary iron chains couldn't subdue them. Although the sea stone was hard enough, it wasn't made from a single piece because the craftsmanship was too difficult. At most, it could be mixed in, but even that kind of iron chain couldn't stop a martial arts expert of this level.
"Are you using this to tie up bugs? It's too thin, get a thicker one."
Kuro frowned and said with displeasure when he saw several marines dragging a book about the size of a thumb-sized iron chain over.
“But, Colonel, this is the thickest chain we could find,” the navy officer said, sounding troubled.
“Let me tell you, you can’t be so rigid in the navy. You have to use your brain. You have no future like this. If you can’t find a ready-made chain, can’t you think of other ways? Go and bring down the ship’s anchor for me, use that.”
"yes!"
The navy saluted and was about to leave.
"Wait, leave the chain here too."
Kuro got the chain, and the moment he touched it, the chain seemed to come alive, swaying like a snake as it darted to the unconscious Lowe, wrapping around him and binding him.
Soon, a dozen or so marines laboriously dragged an anchor connected by a thick chain over. Kuro continued to reach out and touch it, and the thick anchor connected to the chain danced in the air, wrapping Lowe up in another layer.
The chains were so thick that the white-haired man didn't seem to be bound, but rather wrapped in the chains.
"That's not enough."
Kuro looked at Lowe, who was almost wrapped up like a dumpling, thought for a moment, then reached out and grabbed him. The soil beneath Lowe began to spiral upwards, almost forming a small spiral tower that encased Lowe, leaving only his head exposed.
"Almost there..."
Kuro stroked his chin, then reached out and manipulated several large rocks nearby, pressing them into the soil to firmly hold down Lowe's body inside.
"We need to add something else; it's not safe enough yet, add a little more..."
"Hey, Kuro!"
Lida, standing to the side, looked on with disdain. "Do you really need to go this far to deal with one person?"
"Of course we need it."
Kuro spoke without any politeness, and casually added another layer of soil. The thing that looked like a spiral tower now seemed to stand there like a large pillar.
“If I’m not there when he wakes up, then no one will be able to control him. If he causes any damage in the town, it will be a slap in my face. Of course, it’s better to be safe.”
Upon hearing this, Lida sighed and rubbed her forehead in exasperation; Kuro's old habit had struck again.
"This is the Western Sea..."
"You know this is the Western Sea."
Kuro pointed at Lowe's exposed head and said, "Look at this, is this something the West Sea could produce? I was prepared for the West Sea to be strong, but there has to be a limit. I wasn't prepared at all."
"This thing can take down Kuro and Cass, and he still wants to spar with me? If I weren't just a tiny bit stronger, I'd be done for, you know? He's not even a pirate, why does he dare to fight a Marine like me? Isn't he afraid of committing a crime?"
"Actually, I could have finished him off after I slashed him twice, but I didn't use the 'Mysterious Divine Style' technique. Everyone values stopping short of a fight. Wouldn't it have been better if he had just taken two hits from me, recognized the difference in skill, and surrendered? Instead, he insisted on continuing to fight me. So, this person lacks martial ethics."
"Such strength without any martial ethics, it's right to be cautious."
Lida: "..."
What are you talking about, snakeskin!
Is there anyone in the West Sea who can defeat you?
“Speaking of which, Lida, doesn’t this person’s face look familiar? I’ve never seen him before,” Kuro asked.
Lida looked Lowe over carefully, then shook her head. "No, I don't remember."
It was very similar, Lida herself admitted, that the man resembled her in many ways, but she just didn't remember him.
“No impression? This person might be from that ‘Lo’ family, maybe you’re from that family too,” Kuro said.
Lida tilted her head, tapped her forehead with her finger, frowned, thought for a while, then opened her eyes. "No, I don't remember this man. When I was eight, my parents abandoned me on an island, and that was the end of it. Back then... I remember they didn't have black hair either."
"Forget it, then it's none of your business. Let's wait until he wakes up and then ask him what this person is here for."
Kuro shook his head and walked towards the base.
"Kuro, I'm hungry."
Lida followed behind and said.
"Let the kitchen make whatever you want to eat."
...
The following day, Kro and Cass both woke up after receiving treatment.
"You said his name is Lowe?" Kuro asked in surprise.
