Kuro shook his head and walked into the base.

"Colonel Kuro."
There was a knock on the door, and a navy officer walked in and reported, "Mayor Jagur has arrived with the people digging the hot springs."
"Digging for hot springs?"
Kuro thought for a moment, and it seemed that such a thing had happened before, so he nodded and said, "Let him in."
Soon, Jagur led a tall man in.
"Colonel Kuro, we have invited the famous hot spring digger, the most renowned hot spring manager on the Grand Line, Nirvana!"
Jagur smiled at Kuro.
"Thank you for your hard work, Mayor Jia."
Kuro nodded and looked at the tall man. The man had dark skin, wore purple clothes, bit his upper lip, rolled his eyes, and looked very serious. He stood there with his arms crossed.
His hairstyle was quite interesting, with spider legs sticking out in all directions, and on his back, he had a pair of white wings that looked like chicken wings.
"Sky Island people?" Kuro paused for a moment, then looked at Nirvana.
Nirvana maintained his solemn expression and remained silent.
"That's strange, a Sky Island person actually came down. Hey, do you know Enel?" Kuro continued to ask.
Nirvana remained in the same posture, without uttering a word.
"A mute?" Kuro looked at Jagur with a strange expression. "You found a mute?"
No, it's not.
Jagur slammed his hand on Nirvana's shoulder and exclaimed, "Lord Nirvana, Colonel Kuro is asking you a question!"
After being patted, Nirvana finally reacted. He moved his body slightly, still rolling the whites of his eyes, but his expression revealed a strange look.
"I have already spoken."
"???"
When did you say that? Am I deaf?
Kuro pursed his lips, staring blankly at Nirvana, then suddenly remembered something and clapped his hands, "Oh! It's you!"
This erratic appearance reminded him of something.
