Chapter 370 Human-Powered Gun

Cass's navy only had a few hundred men, which was clearly too few to face the countless packs of beasts.

The 'white behemoth' formed from white gas stands out among the colorful herd of beasts, distinguishing it from the smaller creatures. Yet, this smaller beast still charges fearlessly into the herd, its power seemingly even greater than that of the massive beasts.

BOOM!!!

The white behemoth clashed with the pack of beasts, like a white cone, piercing into the pack and embedding itself deeply.

The navy launched a unified attack within the gas, with some wielding swords and others firing guns, their offense and defense functioning as one. Boosted by five times the speed, the beasts they had penetrated were no match for them, falling to the ground one by one.

No matter how many wild beasts there are, they cannot attack as easily as an arm. But when faced with the coordinated attacks of the Kas, there is nothing they can do but fall.

"Their strength has increased, what does that mean?"

This scene left Donald completely baffled.

He charged forward with the Cass group, his spear flashing like stars. With a single thrust of his cross-shaped spear tip, he pierced the head of a wild beast. Then, with a swift stroke, the blades on either side of the spear tip swept past nearby animals, ripping off their heads.

With his speed increased fivefold, he was naturally quite fast, and his inherent strength allowed him to move with ease among the beast horde.

But why can this group of naval personnel also do that?

The speed has increased, but I've never heard of any increase in strength. The force with which these ordinary navy soldiers swung their weapons and the accuracy of their shots have clearly improved.

He was different from Sazir. Although Sazir had been trained at headquarters, he was not as experienced as him. Kikyo was even less experienced. Although her archery skills were not weak, she was basically just a village girl who had never left the country, unlike him who had traveled all over the world.

Therefore, he could see the differences between Cass and the others.

This is not due to any inherent ability, but rather the unique strength formed by these naval forces coming together.

But it doesn't quite seem like a power...

Donald looked in surprise at the bearded man at the very front, shouting battle cries and displaying a resolute expression.

After gathering the navy, this guy's combat power has obviously increased a lot.

Not only in terms of force, Donald witnessed a wild beast pounce on the navy's side, its sharp claws tearing at the navy. What should have been a gruesome blow only left a shallow wound on the navy, and even the navy's clothes were only slightly torn.

"This is..."

Donald's pupils contracted, revealing an expression of disbelief.

Has even their defense been enhanced?

What exactly is this power...?

Donald didn't quite understand this power, but he was certain that it seemed to only affect the weak.

Or are there other specific conditions?

The three of them were unaffected.

"Nail Fist Technique - Exploding Nails!"

Sazir charged into the herd of beasts and threw a punch. The force of the punch spread to dozens of wild animals in front of him, and they were all hit hard. Some parts of their bodies dented, and they flew out and lay motionless.

"Bah!"

A mournful bird cry rang out behind Sazir. He turned around and saw an eagle swooping down on him with its claws outstretched. Just as Sazir was about to attack, an arrow suddenly appeared out of nowhere, piercing through the eagle's body and shooting straight backward, where it became embedded in the city wall in front of him.

It was very powerful.

Sazir glanced over and saw Kikyo draw her bow and arrow, shooting at the flock of birds in the sky, each arrow piercing a wild beast with precision.

With five times the enhancement, the speed at which she drew the bow was invisible to ordinary people.

The pack of wild beasts that had charged in gradually shrank under their attacks.

"strangeness..."

Kikyo killed another wild beast with an arrow, put down her bow and murmured to herself.

There were already many animal carcasses on the ground, but these animals showed no signs of retreating. Based on her hunting experience, if so many animals had died or been injured, they should have retreated long ago.

Moreover, that's not right in itself; she's never seen a carnivore and a herbivore together.

Thump!

The unique tremor of the ground made Kikyo pause slightly and subconsciously look ahead. The giant guardian ape, whose head was taller than the city wall, was now clinging to the wall with one hand. The paw that had kicked open the city gate had been retracted, and its two feet were standing together. From the city gate, Kikyo could see where its knees were bent.

That posture...

"Watch out!" Kikyo cried out, "The Guardian Ape is jumping over here!"

Thump!

No sooner had he finished speaking than the gorilla, with a sudden burst of strength from its massive claws gripping the city wall, leaped up, using the towering wall as a fence, and used one hand to support itself as it swam over, its enormous body landing directly towards Cass, who was embedded in the herd of beasts.

As Cass was gradually driving back the pack of beasts, he suddenly felt a darkness above him. Looking up, he saw a pair of enormous hooves stomping down on him.

"later!"

He raised his saber and calmly gave orders.

To the average person, the white behemoth shrouded in white gas looked like a rabbit, cleverly dodging backward before the monster could stomp down.

Bang!!!

As the giant ape landed, its massive body crushed countless creatures and sent many animal carcasses flying.

"Awooo!!!"

It stood still on the street, twirled its naginata, slammed the naginata heavily on the ground, and roared forcefully towards the direction of the palace.

Anyone could hear the resentment in that voice.

"The monster has come in!"

"Don't panic, Navy! The Navy Captain promised to protect us!"
