After Kuro greeted Colonel T. Penn, the train started moving towards Enies Lobby.
"The fifth carriage is full, I'm sorry."
T. Peng glanced at the fifth carriage and bowed deeply to the three standing, including Kuro.
"No, it's alright, no need to be so polite." Kuro waved his hand dismissively.
"No, this is my dereliction of duty as a superior."
T. Peng lay down on the ground and shouted, "If you don't mind, please sit on my body. Although you are not my subordinates, as naval personnel on the same mission, I will take responsibility to the end!"
"Colonel T. Penn!"
The navy personnel in the carriage were moved to tears.
"My men have nowhere to sit, and I, T. Peng En, am to blame!" T. Peng En shouted.
"..."
"Never mind, I'll go sit in the front carriage."
Kuro sighed and rubbed his forehead, then led Lida and Clod toward the front carriage.
The train has seven carriages, and they were in the fifth carriage, which was full of navy personnel.
Sections 6 and 7 were for government staff, and section 4 was for logistics personnel. The supervisor was Vaj of CP7.
"Would you like some ramen, dear Navy officer?"
Waj pushed the food cart, wandering around the carriage.
Wow, ramen!
Inside the fourth carriage, Lida's eyes lit up. "It looks delicious."
"Waj, I'm in charge of logistics for this train. I'm a great cook. Want to know how I make ramen?" Waj said with a smile.
Kurora pulled Larida aside and said to Vaj, "Never mind, just give us some bread and water."
This guy is notorious for messing with food; no matter how delicious the food is, Kuro won't eat it—it's too disgusting.
After passing the fourth carriage, Kuro and his group arrived at the third carriage.
There was only one person in the third carriage. That person was pale, wearing a tight-fitting short-sleeved shirt and a hat with feathers.
Upon seeing the newcomers, Nero was taken aback for a moment, then stood up and shouted, "It's you!"
"Eh..."
Lida tilted her head and stared at him for a long time before she suddenly realized, "Oh, it's you, the guy from the government intelligence agency. Which CP are you?"
Nero gritted his teeth: "So you guys were on this train too. Oh, I see. You were part of the hostage escort team. I'm asking you, what did you do to Lord Nero, whom CP9 calls a combat genius, when I inexplicably fainted earlier?!"
"We didn't do anything. You just suddenly fainted and we left. What happened to you?" Kuro asked knowingly.
"Stop playing dumb, it's my hairstyle..."
Nairo had just started running and roaring when he suddenly realized something, gripping his hat tightly. "You know nothing?"
The three of them shook their heads together.
Nero stared at the three men suspiciously, and seeing that their expressions seemed genuine, he said, "Then it's alright. It's best that you don't know."
If these three people don't know, then he absolutely cannot tell them about his baldness, or he'll be laughed at.
"Well, you stay here and keep watch."
Kuro didn't bother staying with this person and led his men onward.
The atmosphere in the second carriage was very quiet.
As the train door opened, three of the four people in the carriage turned around.
Bruno turned his head and said, "It's you guys, good navy."
Kaku and Kalifa glanced at them but remained silent.
And the one who didn't turn around, wearing a tall hat, was none other than Rob Lucci, the strongest member of CP9 in eight hundred years.
"Ah, Bruno, let's go to the front carriages, there are no seats in the other carriages," Kuro said.
He ignored the emptiness of the third carriage.
These CP9 members don't care about such things.
They passed through the second carriage. Lucci watched their retreating figures and waited for them to leave before saying, "Bruno, didn't I say these people were too weak to be of any use? Why did they come over?"
“Because they are responsible and good navy personnel, there’s no problem letting them participate in the escort,” Bruno asked.
"Well, never mind, as long as you don't cause me any trouble," Lu Qi said.
“By the way, is it alright to send them to the first quarter? Nico Robin is there, and if we take them hostage…” Kaku said.
"Don't worry about it, that's their choice. Our mission is to bring Nicole Robin back to Enies Lobby safely."
Lucci closed his eyes.
Lucci didn't take these marines seriously. Even if Robin was taken hostage, so what?
If we kill the hostages, then there will be no hostages left to threaten us, right?
After stepping out of the second carriage, Lida said to Kuro, "Those are CP9. Speaking of which, I saw the one with the pigeon and the long nose at the bar."
"Yes, don't underestimate them. The one with the pigeon is known as the strongest member of CP9 in eight hundred years."
Kro adjusted his glasses, looking somewhat eager: "The strongest?"
CP9 are practitioners of the Six Powers, as is Kuro. He always wanted to test the limits of these people.
Kuro glanced at him. "Don't even think about it. Putting aside abilities, if we calculate physical skills by Dao power value, among those four, you can only beat that woman. Bruno is even a little stronger than you. As for the other two, if I remember correctly, the one with the long nose has a Dao power value of 2200, while Rob Lucci has 4000."
"Four...four thousand?!"
Kro's eyes widened. "Is it really that exaggerated?"
This is based solely on physical skills, without considering abilities, and Kaku's swordsmanship is also quite good.
"Four thousand..."
Lida held up her fingers. "So many!"
