Chapter 587 was done exactly as you requested.

Headquarters, in a closed port where warships are docked.

A group of people were looking at the only large ship in the harbor and making comments about it.

The leader was a bearded man with a cloak and a resolute expression.

"Cass, what do you think?"

Beside the bearded man, Wilbur said excitedly, "This ship, made according to Mr. Kuro's requirements, is now completely finished!"

"Not bad!"

Cass exclaimed excitedly, "This kind of ship is just right for Mr. Kuro!"

Behind him, Donald crossed his arms and nodded, saying, "It is indeed a very nice ship, full of ostentation. Pirates in the New World will know it belongs to Vice Admiral Kuro as soon as they see it!"

“It really is beautiful,” Fanny nodded.

Kikyo nodded as well, "Glittering, very good."

"that..."

Sazel, standing to the side, timidly raised her hand, "If I remember correctly, Miss Lida brought news that Vice Admiral Kuro was going to bring an ordinary warship..."

You don't understand.

Cass shook his head and said, "The ordinary that Mr. Kuro speaks of is completely different from the ordinary we define. His level of thought is extremely high. Don't define Mr. Kuro's thoughts by the boundaries of mortals."

“What we consider ordinary may truly be just an ordinary warship, but what Mr. Kuro considers ordinary might be something like this to define as ordinary. But this is all we can do. Wilbur, you did very well, barely keeping up with Mr. Kuro’s thinking.”

"Yes! I will continue to work hard!"

Wilbur clenched his fists, veins bulging. "I am the man who will become Mr. Clow's spear, and I will strive to follow in Mr. Clow's footsteps!"

Cass excitedly grasped Wilbur's hands, his eyes shining. "Let's work together, Wilbur!"

Wilbur was also excited, "Cass!"

"Wilbur!!"

"Cass!!"

"Wilbur!!!"

"Cass!!!"

Fanny and Sazir looked at the two of them calmly, as if they were mentally challenged.

Kikyo kept smiling. Since she couldn't hear clearly and didn't know what to do, she could just keep smiling.

Behind him stood the equally calm Douglas Naval Squadron.

They were clones to begin with, and apart from Cass's 'sense of justice,' it was difficult to evoke any other emotions. Even if they had their own thoughts, they were still too weak at the moment.

"Ohhhhhh!!"

Suddenly, Donald became excited, clenching his fists and exclaiming, "The friendship between men is truly inspiring!"

“Cass, I’ve recently written down some new ‘Sayings of Justice.’ Would you like to study them together?” Wilbur asked.

"Great! Thanks to you for what happened last time, I learned my lesson. Mr. Kuro's scolding woke me up, and I feel deeply ashamed of my laziness. I've been working hard to train now, and I'll read more of the [Sayings of Justice] to keep myself constantly vigilant."

The two walked out arm in arm.

The others followed behind and walked out together, and the closed port gates were gradually shut.

Only a golden ray of light shone through the crack in the door, disappearing as the door closed.

...

A few days later, the warship Kuro was on arrived at headquarters.

At the great harbor, several thousand sailors stood at attention, with Cass, Wilbur, Kikyo, Donald, Sazel, and Fanny leading the way, watching the warship dock ahead.

A set of steps was lowered into the open space on the side of the warship. Kuro, with a cigar in his mouth, walked down the steps one by one, followed closely by Lida and Kuro.

With their cloaks billowing, the group stepped onto the harbor's land.

Before them, several thousand sailors parted to the sides, revealing a wide avenue, and saluted in unison.

“Mr. Kuro!” Cass and Wilbur exclaimed excitedly.

"Lieutenant General Kuro!" the remaining men called out in unison.

"Tsk, everyone's here."

Kuro glanced at them and said to Cass, "You brought everyone here?"

"Yes, Mr. Kuro!"

Cass said, "Upon hearing your summons, I brought the entire naval fleet!"

"That's good." Kuro nodded. "Is Pegasus Island alright?"

"Mr. Kuro, I have done my utmost to maintain peace in the West Sea!"

Cass said solemnly, "And we will go back to patrol regularly, and we will definitely maintain absolute peace on Pegasus Island and even in the West Sea!"

He wasn't indifferent to Cass's core supporters even after Cass was transferred.

Kuro specially borrowed the old man's power to apply for a Pacifista and put it there, although it was just a white Pacifista.

As an improved version of PX-Z, they are actually a bit weaker than the original version, but they have the advantage of a slightly lower price, which allows for increased production.

The main function of this thing now is to hunt down those pirates who have made a name for themselves, in order to make up for the shortcomings of the mid-to-low-level naval forces.

After all, the lower-ranking marines are not strong enough to hunt down famous pirates, and sending the higher-ranking marines would be a waste of their talents, plus there aren't that many of them.

Pacifists have filled this gap perfectly.

If placed in the Western Sea and used in conjunction with the navy, it would be sufficient.

But this gave Kuro a headache. Having too much territory wasn't good either; he had to send people to patrol regularly. Although the West Sea was only separated from the New World by the Calm Belt and wasn't very far, there were always things that might happen on the way to the New World, and it would be a real headache if he encountered them.

But now, what's bothering him isn't that, but rather Cass's confident expression.

Cass's expression made Kuro's heart skip a beat, and an ominous premonition welled up in his mind.
