He leaped high into the air, shooting straight up like an arrow, his wrist tearing through the air like a blue-black sword, striking Kuro hard in the chest.

The wave, imbued with a domineering blue-black aura, pierced through Kuro's body, and the pillar-like wave shot straight into the sky.
"Peerless Piercing Strike Across Heaven and Earth!!"
The frozen body high in the sky, like a ghost or god, emitted a sound as grand as a great bell.
Kuro's body then fell downwards, crashing heavily to the ground.
Gryphon landed from the air, stared at Kuro's mangled body, took a few deep breaths, and then said, "I won!"
